Wesley Snipes Gets Oral Argument in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals for His Tax Conviction

In case you missed it, Wesley Snipes has been fighting the IRS over the last few years. While he has scored several victories, he has also suffered a few defeats. For his efforts nonetheless, I give him mad props. Now Simon Phoenix has scored another victory in his legal fight against the Internal Revenue Service.

Why does this whole fact pattern seem like one of Wesley's movies? Action-star fights a superpower government funded by an alleged, illegal tax scheme.

Also anytime Wesley appears in Court, I will always remember his famous "Mizzzzzz Hawkins" speech in "New Jack City" as Nino Brown (See below).

Actor Wesley Snipes has been granted oral argument in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Snipes was convicted of misdemeanor tax counts and found not guilty of other conspiracy and tax fraud counts following a jury trial (see here).

Former Iranian Presidential Candidate Mir-Hossein Mousavi Helped Kill 220 U.S. Marines in 1983!

Why is the mainstream media supporting Mir-Hossein Mousavi when he helped engineer the deaths of 220 Marines in 1983? Former CIA field officer Bob Baer says that Mousavi dealt directly with Imad Mughniyah who was "the man largely held responsible for both attacks." No matter what Mousavi may have done to rehabilitate himself since 1983, there is no way the U.S. should be dealing with him under any circumstances! Have any media outlets reported on this matter?

He may yet turn out to be the avatar of Iranian democracy, but three decades ago Mir-Hossein Mousavi was waging a terrorist war on the United States that included bloody attacks on the U.S. embassy and Marine Corps barracks in Beirut.

Mousavi, prime minister for most of the 1980s, personally selected his point man for the Beirut terror campaign, Ali Akbar Mohtashemi-pur, and dispatched him to Damascus as Iran's ambassador, according to former CIA and military officials.

The ambassador in turn hosted several meetings of the cell that would carry out the Beirut attacks, which were overheard by the National Security Agency.

Considering that trillions of dollars have been "looted" from our Treasury and other treasuries worldwide, it is a wonder that we do not hear more stories like this one below. Namely, the "Furious Five" kidnapped their American financial adviser who lost millions in their respective pensions and life savings.

American James Amburn was beaten until his ribs broke, burnt with cigarettes and hit with a Zimmer frame by the gang of five pensioners furious that he’d lost their £2 million ($4.1 million) savings.

U.S. Bank Holiday Planned for August or September 2009?

***UPDATE 08/07/2009 -- Now the Harry Schultz letter is predicting that the bank holiday will occur on or around August 26, 2009.***

There have been a few false alarms in the last year or so with the supposed economic freefall collapse and swine flu pandemic never materializing. However, we must remain on guard. Now Infowars and Bob Chapman are reporting that the U.S. banks will be taking a holiday in the coming weeks.

Bob Chapman’s influential International Forecaster is reporting on the possibility of a so-called “bank holiday” planned for late August or early September. According to Chapman’s sources, U.S. embassies around the world are selling dollars and stockpiling money from respective countries where they operate. “Some US embassies worldwide are being advised to purchase massive amounts of local currencies,” writes Harry Schultz, “enough to last them a year.” Schultz publishes the Harry Schultz Letter, an international investment, financial, economic, and geopolitical newsletter named as “Newsletter of the Year” by Peter Brimelow of Market Watch in 2005 and 2008.

So what happens if the banks take a holiday? What will the average person do? How can you prepare?

It is unsure what effect the bank holiday will have on regular commerce. Sundays are bank holidays and the world does not end. However, if the bank holiday also applies to ATM banking, then there may be some problems. Most people do not carry much cash, so if they are unable to get their cash out of the bank's ATMs, then there will be panic and bank-runs. The crisis will cause everyone to get so disgusted and scared that when the global bankers step in with the one-world government financial solution, everyone will accept it with open arms and the bankers win!

As for what to do, I'm no expert, but I would have as much cash on hand as you can spare. I would also buy canned and freeze dried foods. I would get water filters, guns and some alternate communication form aside from the Internet and the cellular phone system. That's a good start and will put you ahead of most people who will be lost IF the banks go on holiday. If you can afford it, you would also want to get some land 50-100 miles from a sizeable town with a water well, solar power generating system and a vegetable garden.

NASA Ready to Bomb the Moon! (Is There Some Undisclosed Alien Base Up There?)

First and foremost, the picture above isn't the Moon being bombed, but the moon crashing into the Earth. Second, I don't believe anything I cannot prove, so I do not believe there are any alien bases on the Moon. However if this fact was revealed to me, I would not be surprised or shocked. Nevertheless, the real story is here is NASA wants to bomb the Moon.

It regulates our tides and its gravity definitely affects our planetary cycle. What if this bomb knocks the moon out of orbit or worse directly into the Earth? Congress Eliminates the EPA's Proposed Regulation Against Factory Farms For the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions!

Congress is so hypocritical! They claim to be all about the environment and green movement. They want to regulate the light bulbs we use and install smart grid electrical regulators in our homes to limit our CO2 production. They say it will help Mother Earth despite the fact that plants need CO2 to survive and produce oxygen.

When Congress actually gets an opportunity to pass legislation that will help reduce gas production from farms, Congress gives waivers to the factory farms -- corporate entities that show huge profits and have a huge political lobby. Nevertheless, I bet Congress will stick it to the small family farm with ridiculous taxes, licenses and regulatory fees while the factory farms will continue to rake in huge profits.

...Yet, yesterday the House Appropriations Committee undermined this progressive proposed regulation by passing the 2010 Interior and Environment spending bill. An amendment in the bill will prevent the EPA from requiring factory farms to report their GHG emissions—a move that represents a blatant handout to large factory farms.

Polar Bears Are Not Dying Off or Drowning! Don't Believe Everything You See on TV!

I always get a laugh out of that PSA-like commercial that comes on talking about the polar bears are dying and they would soon be gone. They show a family of polar bears sitting on ice and claim that global warming is sending polar bears to their watery demise. People obviously are touched by these commercials, because I consistently hear people talking about the polar bears will soon be gone. It's as if the commercial is programmed into their brains.

Unfortunately, this commercial ignores science and nature. Polar bears live out on the ice and can swim very well!

Polar bears are strong swimmers; they swim across bays or wide leads without hesitation. They can swim for several hours at a time over long distances. They've been tracked swimming continuously for 100 km (62 mi.) (Stirling, 1988).

They hunt seals, whales, and walruses -- all animals that live in or around water. Even if the ice does melt completely, the polar bears have been moving further south into the towns where human trash replaces plump seals. The mainstream media is finally recognizing this polar bear falsity!

Most populations of polar bear are doing well. Despite the melting in the Arctic ice cap, numbers have more than doubled since 1950. They are also good swimmers.

We should definitely be concerned about living mutually with the planet's animals. However, the facts about polar bears should not be distorted or falsified to generate sympathy for the global warming/climate change movement. Remember, don't believe everything you see on TV!

Emperor Palpatine Speaks...No, Actually It's Zbigniew Brzezinski Discussing the Current Iranian Uprising and Election Crisis with Fareed Zakaria!

Former National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski looks like he comes right out of central casting for an evil comic book or Star Wars villain in disguise. If life was a comic book, or Luke Skywalker action movie, Brzezinski would be one of the top suspects in the grand game!

Yet in real life he's allegedly worse than Doctor Doom, Palpatine, Lex Luthor, Joker and the Grizzly combined, because Brzezinski has been accused of every diabolical scheme imaginable. Brzezinski even allegedly admits to evil acts in his books!

Nevertheless, I do have to give Mr. Brzezinski credit where credit is due and compliment him for his sharp intelligence and overall political genius. This man does not need a teleprompter. During this interview with Fareed Zakaria, Mr. Brzezinski does not break verbage or train of thought at any time. No "uhhhs" or pauses in his delivery. Incredible! For an 81-year old man, that is quite amazing. I guess he does not drink the fluoride.

Why Are the Mainstream Media Outlets (CNN, MSNBC) Giving So Much Free On-Air Advertising to the Private Company Twitter?

***UPDATE (August 30, 2010) - This is why I should never say "never." I said below that I would never get a Twitter account. I should revise that statement to say, I won't get a "personal" Twitter account, because I did activate a Twitter account for Remixx World! at Twitter.com/RemixxWorld.

As I sit here marinating on a lazy Sunday afternoon with CNN playing in the background, I wonder why does the media keep mentioning Twitter. Please count how many times on CNN they mention Twitter in an hour of live news. Is Twitter a part of the government? Or is it a private entity?

Now the networks have even incorporated Twitter into their respective broadcasts and are using it as a source of news. Is there any way to verify or authenticate a message that appears on someone's Twitter page or "tweet" as some might call their outgoing messages (note-I am assuming they call it a "tweet")?

Do I really want to get my news from Twitter? I am not saying Twitter is valueless. It can definitely be used as a communication tool (as it has been used in Iran recently), but Twitter should not be given any higher value than other direct testimonies. I do not want to hear entire segments devoted to Twitter news. Can Twitter posts even be considered news unless or until they are authenticated?

Call me crazy, but I have never really seen the networks incorporate some private entity into their telecasts like the networks have with Twitter. The newscasters have Twitter pages and they give instructional pieces on how to set-up and use Twitter accounts during live newscasts Why? It is not like Twitter can cure cancer or save the whales or feed the children!

The networks did not do this with Facebook, nor did they do this with Myspace or Friendster. I was called crazy for having a political Myspace.com page in 2006, but it would be mandatory for a political candidate to have a Myspace, Facebook, Twitter and who knows what else is popular. I personally stopped at Facebook and will never get a Twitter page.

Maybe the networks are just getting lazy and just want the people do all their work while they take the credit.

Or if you want to take the conspiracy theory route and believe that type of stuff, perhaps they want everyone linked up on Twitter, so all communications (or at least the important ones) will flow through a single database point. People are always talk about being chipped up. Who says the chip has to be an internal chip?

It could be an external chip and be just as effective. Every cell phone is an external chip and a majority of people have a cell phone. With the external chip and the Twitter once everyone joins, it would not be difficult for the telecommunications agencies to compile a database that captures a person's daily communications and locations on a verifiable digital record, because most people do not turn off their cell phones.

I completely missed this story when it first came out. When I did hear about it a couple of months ago, it completely blew my mind. I have always believed that the gubment (government) has been tracking and tracing all telecommunications. Mark Klein agrees and he worked for AT&T, wiring the hardware to duplicate all data for the National Security Agency including domestic communications. Mr. Klein says they are copying EVERYTHING. President Obama to Destroy U.S. Cities Like Godzilla! Well, Not Really, But Really.

If there are so many people homeless in this country, then why do we not allow these people to live in the nation's many abandoned or vacant homes. Nope, that would make absolutely too much sense. Instead, we have to bulldoze and destroy any cities that are deemed unfit for survival or saving.

President Obama is ready to bulldoze many parts of U.S. cities like Godzilla. My hometown of Memphis is even mentioned. Uh-oh!

Dozens of US cities may have entire neighbourhoods bulldozed as part of drastic "shrink to survive" proposals being considered by the Obama administration to tackle economic decline...

Most are former industrial cities in the "rust belt" of America's Mid-West and North East. They include Detroit, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Memphis.

Fort Detrick Infectious Disease Laboratory Cannot Account for 9,200 Vials of Ebola, Anthrax and Botulinum Toxin

Alternative news websites, conspiracy theorists and random heads on the streets have been predicting a global pandemic along with a shutdown/curtailing of Internet access over the last few months. It would make a lot of sense and sounds like an old G.I. Joe/Cobra plot. The lack of communication in our 21st Century digital world would cause widespread panic. It has been speculated among these groups that the pandemic will likely not be a natural event, and will be a part of a "false flag operation" where the deadly pathogen is intentional released by some government-sponsored group.

If that event happens, then someone needs to find out what has happened to all the germs in the government's refrigerators? The government does not know if it has actually lost the germs, but it certainly cannot locate them at this point. The Washington Post reports that the government cannot find nearly 10,000 vials (actually 9,220) of deadly pathogens in chilled vaults.

An inventory of potentially deadly pathogens at Fort Detrick's infectious disease laboratory found more than 9,000 vials that had not been accounted for, Army officials said yesterday, raising concerns that officials wouldn't know whether dangerous toxins were missing.

How can the government not know the location of these toxins? What person was responsible for safekeeping these items?

The vials contained some dangerous pathogens, among them the Ebola virus, anthrax bacteria and botulinum toxin, and less lethal agents such as Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus and the bacterium that causes tularemia. Most of them, forgotten inside freezer drawers, hadn't been used in years or even decades. Officials said some serum samples from hemorrhagic fever patients dated to the Korean War.

If there are any outbreaks of any of the aforementioned pathogens, then someone needs to track whether the germs lead right back to the Fort.

The Beginning of the Federal Reserve Banking Dictatorship & The End of the United States of America Republic!

It is so sad to see the negative path on which the country is heading. It is so sad to see that people are asleep and/or do not care about what the bankers are doing to the country stealing trillions of dollars. They are looting us blind on a daily basis while speaking on television about how much they are helping us. The latest slap to the American face is the new regulatory scheme being proposed by Timothy Geithner and President Obama.

By the way, a trillion dollars is $1,000,000,000,000.

President Obama’s plan to give the privately-owned and unaccountable Federal Reserve complete regulatory oversight across the entire U.S. economy, which is likely to be enacted before the end of the year, will officially herald the beginning of a new form of government in the United States - an ultra-powerful banking dictatorship controlled by a small gaggle of shadowy and corrupt elitists.

The new rules would see the Fed given the authority to “regulate” any company whose activity it believes could threaten the economy and the markets.

This goes a step further than the centrally planned economies of the Soviet Union or Communist China, in that the Federal Reserve is not even accountable to the U.S. government, it is a private entity that according to former Fed chairman Alan Greenspan, is accountable to nobody but the banking families that own it.

I may be in the minority, but giving any one entity this much power is contrary to American values and ideas. Our republic is built on governmental restrictions with checks and balances. If the Fed is given sole authority to regulate any industry, then the Congress, President and the Courts will be meaningless and powerless!

Many people have stopped and asked me that question, why would you want to run for congress and as a beginning to answer their question, simply stated I am better qualified to represent the Ninth Congressional District than the incumbent. I identify more keenly with the needs and issues facing the citizens in the Ninth Congressional District. Let’s keep it real. Many citizens will be concerned with race and representation. There is strength in diversity, but currently the Tennessee Congressional Delegation is not inclusive.

EPA Announces Public Health Emergency in Libby, Montana Because of Asbestos from Vermiculite Mines (1st Public Health Emergency Declaration Ever!)

This reminds me of Love Canal. I need to read up a little on Libby, Montana, but the asbestos from the area's vermiculite mines are killing the people and affecting the overall health. Therefore, the EPA has determined for very first time under the Comprehensive Environmental and Liability Act that conditions at a site constitute a public health emergency.

WASHINGTON – U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa P. Jackson today announced the agency has determined that a public health emergency exists at the Libby asbestos site in northwest Montana. Over the past years, hundreds of asbestos-related disease cases have been documented in this small community, which covers the towns of Libby and Troy. The announcement was made today at a joint press conference with Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and U.S. Sens. Max Baucus and Jon Tester.

This is the first time EPA has made a determination under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) that conditions at a site constitute a public health emergency. This determination recognizes the serious impact to the public health from the contamination at Libby and underscores the need for further action and health care for area residents who have been or may be exposed to asbestos. Investigations performed by the Agency for Toxic Substance and Disease Registry have found the incidence of occurrence of asbestosis, a lung condition, in the Libby area staggeringly higher than the national average for the period from 1979-1998. EPA is working closely with the Department of Health and Human Services, which is making available a short-term grant to provide needed asbestos-related medical care to Libby and Troy residents.

And, in a related matter as reported by CNN, a jury Friday (May 8, 2009) acquitted W.R. Grace & Company and three of its former executives of having knowingly exposed mine workers and residents of Libby, Montana, to asbestos.

Weird Hexadecimal Code and Possible Warning in Telegraph's Operation Blackjack Part 5 (As Heard on Infowarrior Show)?

I was listening to the Jason Bermas "The Infowarrior" show tonight and one of his callers had an interesting comment about a code in the controversial multi-part London Telegraph "Operation Blackjack" art series. The Blackjack series is controversial, because it has no real artistic merit except for perhaps being a blueprint for the introduction of global government.

Jason's caller mentioned a weird hexadecimal code in Part 5 of the series. The screen cap is below.

If you type this number (74686973206973206e6f742073696d706c7920656e7465727461696e6d656e74) from the ID card into a HEXADECIMAL to STRING converter, then you get the following message:

"this is not simply entertainment"

This may indeed be a warning or an elaborate comic book. If it is warning, then I want to give thanks to this caller!

Alleged 2008 Bilderberg Attendee Kathleen Sebelius Targets Children for Swine Flu Vaccinations!

Despite the fact that the swine flu has killed less than fifty (50) people in the United States, current Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius wants your children to be the guinea pigs for the unproven, swine flu H1N1 vaccine. Why is the government making such a huge fuss about a disease that has killed so few people?

Schoolchildren could be first in line for swine flu vaccine this fall — and schools are being put on notice that they might even be turned into shot clinics. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Tuesday she is urging school superintendents around the country to spend the summer preparing for that possibility, if the government goes ahead with mass vaccinations.

"If you think about vaccinating kids, schools are the logical place," Sebelius told The Associated Press.

Also, did you know that Secretary Sebelius allegedly went to the 2008 Bilderberg Conference?
