I have not been able to find much information on The Cultural And Media Influences on Opinion (CAMIO) Model of Group Behavior. The only official documentation I was able to find is the attached picture above. Nevertheless, it appears to be a technology straight out of The Matrix and a technology that can be used to study and simulate the political mood of certain demographics. If anyone has any additional information on CAMIO, please feel free to post the links to the information in the comments. Thank you.

The Cultural And Media Influences on Opinion (CAMIO) simulation of group behavior is an agent-based computational model that can be used to examine the opinions, issue stances, political allegiances or other judgments held by members of a particular group within a society and examine how these opinions change or can be influenced to change over time. Of particular interest is changes caused by an external organization such as the international or internal media. CAMIO is a model of how small groups of acquaintances form from larger populations and change over time; how opinions spread throughout the groups; how an outside entity, such as the media, can influence the spread of such opinion; and how this population of small groups may become polarized or unified around a particular issue.

What Is the Purpose of CAESER III Supercomputer?

The commentator in the above video equates CAESAR III to fictional Skynet from the Terminator movies. However, I have not been able to confirm that CAESAR III is an all-knowing A.I. or if CAESAR is the only such A.I. program being used by our military. There actually appear to be numerous other programs that are currently in use along with CAESAR III.

I typically do not promote on this site when I link to source material. Usually, I prefer to link to various news and scientific sources as opposed to commercial sources. However, there are cases where I go against the grain, especially when I see something that excites me. And after watching the above video I was excited, because I agree with the message.

All incumbents should be voted out this election cycle!

This is a remake of the popular video America Rising, a version that voices the truth of things rather than the mindless partisan nonsense of the original version, like the bad, bad, democrats are the problem. Both parties are equally responsible for the mess we find ourselves in.

Globalists Push World Transaction Tax At UN Summit

Globalists representing 60 nations will meet at the UN this coming week to push a tax on world financial transactions in the name of solving poverty and climate change, formally launching a massive program to bankrupt the middle class and enrich the coffers of global government.

“Spearheaded by European Union countries, the so-called “innovative financing” proposal envisages a tax of 0.005 percent (five cents per $1,000), which experts estimate could produce more than $30 billion a year worldwide for priority causes,” reports CNS News.

As Ira Stoll, editor of FutureCapitalism.com, points out, new taxes always start off small so as to not be resisted by the people forced to pay them, and are then always gradually increased.

“When people suggest taxes, they always start out ‘small,” said Stoll.

“But once the door is opened to the idea of ‘global taxes,’ you can bet they won’t end small. Never mind all the issues about whether development aid actually helps poor countries or just winds up empowering corrupt local dictators and their cronies.”

The call for a global transaction tax arrives in the aftermath of a leaked UN blueprint which outlined how elitists plan to re-brand global warming in an effort to dismantle the middle class by instituting a “global redistribution of wealth” via carbon taxes.

The aim is to “limit and redirect the aspirations for a better life of rising middle classes around the world,” in other words to reduce the standard of living for the middle classes in Western Europe and America.

However, as was uncovered during the Copenhagen summit, the program of “global redistribution of wealth” and transaction taxes largely centers around looting the wealth of the middle classes in richer countries and then using that money to bankroll the construction of world government. As the leaked “Danish text” revealed, the money generated from consumption taxes will go directly to the World Bank, not to developing countries to lower carbon emissions or alleviate poverty.

Under the terms of this proposal, poorer countries will not simply be handed the money pillaged from richer nations, instead they will be forced to accept “green loans” in the name of combating climate change, a policy that would land the already financially devastated third world with even more debt, payable to globalist institutions such as the IMF.

Even if you accept that global institutions who have proven to be completely corrupt time and time again should be empowered to steal from the rich and give to the poor, these proposals don’t even do that. This is all about bankrolling the expansion of world government and creating a giant slush fund that will be used to coerce smaller countries into allowing themselves to be ruled and regulated by a global bureaucracy funded by increasingly destitute taxpayers in the west.

We warned that globalists were embarking on a global financial transaction tax back in December when Lord Monckton obtained the draft proposals for the Copenhagen summit.

As Monckton revealed at the time, the end game is to, “Tax the American economy to the extent of 2 percent GDP, to impose a further tax of 2 percent on every financial transaction….and to close down effectively the economies of the west, transfer your jobs to third world countries.”

The tax, which was vehemently supported by President Obama in Copenhagen, will cost American families already laboring under the greatest financial collapse for generations at least $3,000 a year just for starters.

There can no longer be any denial that a world government is preparing to plunder the west by enforcing a myriad of different global consumption taxes, from financial levies to a carbon tax which will do absolutely nothing to address real environmental issues and will be used solely to expand the power of the World Bank, the IMF and the United Nations.

Allied to the global tax assault is the newly published IMF strategy document that calls for the implementation of a global currency, called the “bancor”, which will be pushed through by means of draconian regulatory measures that eviscerate sovereignty rights of nation states and hand complete economic control of the global economy over to a tiny and despotic ruling elite. The “bancor” will hand the IMF the power to manipulate exchange rates and determine the eventual collapse of the dollar.

Massive resistance must be focused around rejecting the institution of global taxes paid to the United Nations and the formation of a global currency otherwise the last tattered shreds of American sovereignty will be flushed down the toilet for good.

Will Last Minute Airline Flights Be Illegal Beginning November 1, 2010?

As a person who has bought many plane tickets at the last minute, it appears that this practice will no longer be allowed in the coming weeks. American Airlines has released the latest TSA Secure Flight Information and it states that TSA mandated Secure Flight Passenger Data is required at least seventy-two (72) hours before departure.

As a result of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mandate, beginning November 1, all passengers will be required to have Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD) in their reservation at least 72 hours prior to departure. This is the next phase in a program that was initiated by the TSA in 2009...

If you have reservations for travel on or after November 1, 2010, you need to provide your SFPD at least 72 hours prior to departure. You will not be able to travel without the TSA mandated Secure Flight Passenger Data in your reservation.

Japan Launches First GPS Satellite (Quasi-Zenith Satellite System "MICHIBIKI")

Japan is ready to implement its version of the sky spy to track, trace and database. The goal of the Quasi-Zenith Satellite "MICHIBIKI" (QZSS) is to deploy three satellites in orbit so as to always have one flying near the zenith over Japan. By doing so, the system can provide a highly accurate satellite positioning service covering close to 100% of Japan even in urban canyons and mountainous areas.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) launched the first Quasi-Zenith Satellite System "MICHIBIKI" by the H-IIA Launch Vehicle No. 18 (H-IIA F18) at 8:17:00 p.m. on September 11, 2010 (Japan Standard Time, JST) from the Tanegashima Space Center.

The launch vehicle flew smoothly, and, at about 28 minutes and 27 seconds after liftoff, the separation of the MICHIBIKI was confirmed.

We would like to express our profound appreciation for the cooperation and support of all related personnel and organizations that helped contribute to the successful launch of the H-IIA F18.

At the time of the launch, the weather was fine, a wind speed was 3.7 meters/second from the west-south-west and the temperature was 26.0 degrees Celsius.

Nearly 60% of Canadians Are Reportedly Living Paycheck to Paycheck!

While it is scary to hear that 3 out of 5 Canadians are living paycheck to paycheck according to the Canadian Payroll Association, it is not surprising. I wonder what this statistic is in the United States of America. I would imagine that the percentage is the same, if not greater.

Majority of Canadian employees living paycheque to paycheque, not saving enough for retirement. Younger workers and single parents having most trouble making ends meet.

TORONTO, Sept. 14 /CNW/ - Results from a new nationwide survey show that a majority of working Canadians are cash-strapped and have little ability to put money away for their retirement.

According to the 2009 National Payroll Week Employee Survey, conducted by the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) and released today, 59% of Canadian employees report they would have trouble making ends meet if their paycheque was delayed by even one week (emphasis added).

"We were shocked by that number. So many Canadians are now living so close to the line that if they miss a single paycheque, the majority will find themselves in financial difficulty," says Janice MacLellan, Chairman of the CPA.

Financial experts recommend that people keep emergency funds totaling approximately three months of expenses (rent, mortgage, bills, groceries, etc.).

By age group, the younger workforce is feeling the greatest pinch, with 45% of those aged 18-34 saying it would be difficult or very difficult for them to meet their current financial obligations if a paycheque were delayed, and a further 21% stating that it would be somewhat difficult. By household, the situation is most precarious for single parents, with 72% saying they would have some trouble making ends meet if their pay were delayed.

The survey also found that 50% of Canadian workers are unable to save more than 5% of their net pay for retirement. Financial experts generally recommend a retirement savings rate of about 10%.

"Canadians are living paycheque to paycheque, and there's precious little left that they can put away for retirement," notes Patrick Culhane, CPA's President and CEO.

About one-third of Canadian workers say they have been trying to save more money than a year ago because of the economic uncertainty but have been unable to do so. Another 42% say they aren't even attempting to save additional funds. Yet, the majority (52%) feels they'll need between $750,000 and $3 million to live comfortably in retirement.

Those finding it most difficult to put money aside are single parents, with 65% saying they're saving only 5% or less of their net pay.

A majority of Canadians (70%) say their first priority if they were to win $1 million in the lottery would be to pay off their debt, followed by contributing as much as possible toward retirement (35%) and investing (30%) as the next priorities.

Of all regions, Quebecers would be more likely to use some of their lottery winnings to have a party (7%) than people living elsewhere in Canada (3%). Maritimers would be more likely to share their lottery winnings with family members (37%) than would the rest of the country (26%).

Cash is king for Canadians when it comes to remuneration. A whopping 65% of those who responded said it's more important that they receive higher wages from their employer, compared to better health benefits (25%), and education funding (10%).

There was also some optimism in the survey: 66% of respondents believe that the economy in their town or city will improve and most believe they'll receive modest pay increases over the next year.

Over 2,800 employees from across the country participated in the survey. This survey is consistent with a margin of error of 2.3%, 19 times out of 20.

Will Vernor vs. Autodesk Ruling End First Sale Doctrine Defense in Copyright Law?

Vernor v. Autodesk, Inc. (The End of the First Sale Doctrine?)

The above ruling from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal is attached above. The Court ruled that the first sale defense in copyright law is not available to licensees of copyrighted works. This ruling should not present any issue with software, because software licenses typically limit what end users can do with the software in terms of transfers and re-sales. However, I need to further review the Court's opinion to see if the ruling is limited to software or if the ruling applies to other copyrightable materials such as books, DVDs and toys.

The first-sale doctrine is an affirmative defense to copyright infringement that allows legitimate owners of copies of copyrighted works to resell those copies. That defense, the court said, is “unavailable to those who are only licensed to use their copies of copyrighted works.”

The 3-0 decision by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal, if it stands, means copyright owners may prohibit the resale of their wares by inserting clauses in their sales agreements.

American Academy of Pediatrics Recommends Mandatory Flu Vaccines for All Health Care Workers

I'm glad that I'm not a health care worker. I wonder what the odds are that the Federal government or one or more of the States will impose mandatory vaccinations on its citizens. At that point, there will be a serious conflict between the government's argument of a compelling state interest against a person's individual liberty to refuse a vaccine.

The mandatory vaccinations will start with the health care workers, teachers, students and TSA airport agents. If the mandatory vaccination campaign is successful in those areas, then the government will expand the program to other areas until vaccinations are constructively mandatory.

AAP Recommends Mandatory Flu Vaccine for All Health Care Workers

Health-care associated influenza outbreaks are a common and serious public health problem that contribute significantly to patient morbidity and mortality and create a financial burden on health care systems. In a new policy statement, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that all health care personnel should be required to receive an annual influenza vaccine. The policy, "Recommendation for Mandatory Influenza Immunization of All Health Care Personnel," published in the October 2010 print issue of Pediatrics (published online Sept. 13), states that "despite the efforts of many organizations to improve influenza immunization rates with the use of voluntary campaigns, influenza coverage among health care personnel remains unacceptably low." Mandatory influenza immunization for all health care personnel is "ethically justified, necessary and long overdue to ensure patient safety," according to the statement. The influenza vaccine is safe, effective, and cost-effective, so health care organizations must work to assuage common fears and misconceptions about the influenza virus and the vaccine.

The Alleged Demands of Discovery Gunman James Lee from SavethePlanetProtest.com

I cannot confirm if these are indeed the demands of the alleged gunman James Lee, but the SavethePlanetProtest.com site is indeed registered to a James Lee. I believe this guy is mentally unstable! The scary thing is he's not alone. There are many people (including people in very high governmental and business positions) who feel the same way as Mr. Lee. They want to kill all humans on this planet, because they feel humans are a cancer to Earth.

The Discovery Channel MUST broadcast to the world their commitment to save the planet and to do the following IMMEDIATELY:

1. The Discovery Channel and it's affiliate channels MUST have daily television programs at prime time slots based on Daniel Quinn's "My Ishmael" pages 207-212 where solutions to save the planet would be done in the same way as the Industrial Revolution was done, by people building on each other's inventive ideas. Focus must be given on how people can live WITHOUT giving birth to more filthy human children since those new additions continue pollution and are pollution. A game show format contest would be in order. Perhaps also forums of leading scientists who understand and agree with the Malthus-Darwin science and the problem of human overpopulation. Do both. Do all until something WORKS and the natural world starts improving and human civilization building STOPS and is reversed! MAKE IT INTERESTING SO PEOPLE WATCH AND APPLY SOLUTIONS!!!!

2. All programs on Discovery Health-TLC must stop encouraging the birth of any more parasitic human infants and the false heroics behind those actions. In those programs' places, programs encouraging human sterilization and infertility must be pushed. All former pro-birth programs must now push in the direction of stopping human birth, not encouraging it.

3. All programs promoting War and the technology behind those must cease. There is no sense in advertising weapons of mass-destruction anymore. Instead, talk about ways to disassemble civilization and concentrate the message in finding SOLUTIONS to solving global military mechanized conflict. Again, solutions solutions instead of just repeating the same old wars with newer weapons. Also, keep out the fraudulent peace movements. They are liars and fakes and had no real intention of ending the wars. ALL OF THEM ARE FAKE! On one hand, they claim they want the wars to end, on the other, they are demanding the human population increase. World War II had 2 Billion humans and after that war, the people decided that tripling the population would assure peace. WTF??? STUPIDITY! MORE HUMANS EQUALS MORE WAR!

4. Civilization must be exposed for the filth it is. That, and all its disgusting religious-cultural roots and greed. Broadcast this message until the pollution in the planet is reversed and the human population goes down! This is your obligation. If you think it isn't, then get hell off the planet! Breathe Oil! It is the moral obligation of everyone living otherwise what good are they??

5. Immigration: Programs must be developed to find solutions to stopping ALL immigration pollution and the anchor baby filth that follows that. Find solutions to stopping it. Call for people in the world to develop solutions to stop it completely and permanently. Find solutions FOR these countries so they stop sending their breeding populations to the US and the world to seek jobs and therefore breed more unwanted pollution babies. FIND SOLUTIONS FOR THEM TO STOP THEIR HUMAN GROWTH AND THE EXPORTATION OF THAT DISGUSTING FILTH! (The first world is feeding the population growth of the Third World and those human families are going to where the food is! They must stop procreating new humans looking for nonexistant jobs!)

6. Find solutions for Global Warming, Automotive pollution, International Trade, factory pollution, and the whole blasted human economy. Find ways so that people don't build more housing pollution which destroys the environment to make way for more human filth! Find solutions so that people stop breeding as well as stopping using Oil in order to REVERSE Global warming and the destruction of the planet!

7. Develop shows that mention the Malthusian sciences about how food production leads to the overpopulation of the Human race. Talk about Evolution. Talk about Malthus and Darwin until it sinks into the stupid people's brains until they get it!!

8. Saving the Planet means saving what's left of the non-human Wildlife by decreasing the Human population. That means stopping the human race from breeding any more disgusting human babies! You're the media, you can reach enough people. It's your resposibility because you reach so many minds!!!

9. Develop shows that will correct and dismantle the dangerous US world economy. Find solutions for their disasterous Ponzi-Casino economy before they take the world to another nuclear war.

10. Stop all shows glorifying human birthing on all your channels and on TLC. Stop Future Weapons shows or replace the dialogue condemning the people behind these developments so that the shows become exposes rather than advertisements of Arms sales and development!

The world needs TV shows that DEVELOP solutions to the problems that humans are causing, not stupify the people into destroying the world. Not encouraging them to breed more environmentally harmful humans.

Saving the environment and the remaning species diversity of the planet is now your mindset. Nothing is more important than saving them. The Lions, Tigers, Giraffes, Elephants, Froggies, Turtles, Apes, Raccoons, Beetles, Ants, Sharks, Bears, and, of course, the Squirrels.

The humans? The planet does not need humans.

You MUST KNOW the human population is behind all the pollution and problems in the world, and YET you encourage the exact opposite instead of discouraging human growth and procreation. Surely you MUST ALREADY KNOW this!

I want Discovery Communications to broadcast on their channels to the world their new program lineup and I want proof they are doing so. I want the new shows started by asking the public for inventive solution ideas to save the planet and the remaining wildlife on it.

Lockheed Martin's High Altitude Airship (HALE-D) Set to Launch in Summer 2011 (High-Tech Surveillance Military Blimp)

(***UPDATE - July 27, 2011***) Apparently, there has already been a launch of one of these HALE-D blimps. However, the flight was not a success as the Army had to bring the blimp down in the fields of Pennsylvania before the blimp could reach the desired altitude.

The blimp got to 32,000 feet but couldn't climb higher, so controllers in Akron, Ohio, decided to bring it down with a "controlled descent" in a sparsely populated area, some heavy woods near New Freeport, in Pennsylvania's southwest corner about 100 miles from Akron.

These blimps will be able to scan hundreds of miles in real time while being able to stay airborne for months at a time. You probably won't be able to see this blimp, because unlike the Goodyear Blimp, this airship will be at very high altitudes. However, they are coming to a city near you!

Company executives, at an event Monday afternoon in the Airdock to celebrate Lockheed Martin's related military blimp program, say money is in place to launch a completed 500,000-cubic-foot, high-tech unmanned prototype next summer. The multimillion-dollar project, announced with great fanfare early in the decade, was postponed after running into federal funding delays in recent years.

U.S. Army Awards Lockheed Martin $142 Million for Additional Persistent Threat Detection Aerostat Systems

AKRON, Ohio, June 8th, 2010 -- Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] received a $142 million award from the U.S. Army to begin production of additional Persistent Threat Detection Systems (PTDS) to support coalition forces.

The Department of Defense is making a concerted effort to rapidly increase the resources available to help warfighters detect improvised explosive devices (IEDs). PTDS is a tethered aerostat-based system, capable of staying aloft for weeks at a time, that provides round-the-clock surveillance of broad areas. The Army began using the system in 2004.

“The PTDS delivers real-time surveillance and actionable intelligence to our troops to help them in life-threatening situations,” said Stephanie Hill, Integrated Defense Technologies vice president at Lockheed Martin Mission Systems & Sensors. "These eyes in the sky protect soldiers and civilians and let the hostiles know that they are constantly being watched.”

The PTDS is equipped with multi-mission sensors to provide long endurance intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and communications in support of the United States military and its allies.

The Army's firm-fixed-price undefinitized contract action enables Lockheed Martin to begin work on the systems while final contract terms are negotiated. The latest systems are in addition to the previous ones the Army ordered from Lockheed Martin in the past six months. The majority of the work on the systems will be performed in Akron, OH, with additional work in Cape Canaveral, FL, Moorestown, NJ and Owego, NY.

Filled with helium, PTDS provides low-cost, continuous communications and persistent surveillance capabilities not possible with other types of manned and unmanned aircraft. Attached by a high-strength tether to a re-locatable mooring system, PTDS carries different types of surveillance equipment to conduct multiple missions.

Headquartered in Bethesda, Md., Lockheed Martin is a global security company that employs about 136,000 people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services. BP Oil Spill Reportedly Has Caused Destruction of Gulf Loop Current (If So, Will Global Climate Change Occur?)

When Deepwater Horizon first exploded and went to the bottom of the sea, I recall reading comments and articles from various people in cyberspace who said the millions of gallons of spilled oil in the Gulf of Mexico would potentially affect currents, weather and the motion in the ocean, including destruction of the Loop Current and Gulf Stream currents that provide warmth to Europe and the United Kingdom. Yes, I know this sounds like the plot to The Day After Tomorrow, but this isn't a Hollywood blockbuster. While it is not confirmed that the Loop Current has been destroyed, these past pictures depict a Loop Current that is not moving normally.

The above information that shows the broken Loop Current may be a natural occurrence that will eventually correct itself, but according to the report, the Loop Current is destroyed. I will need to review the latest images to see if the Current has reactivated, because the images in the above document are from May-June 2010.

Secretary Kathleen Sebelius Wants a 'Reeducation' on Obama's Health Care Reform

I have not heard a lot from Secretary Sebelius over the last few months. She was all over the media map in 2009, but her plans for mass H1N1 "swine flu" vaccinations failed and she has been laying low ever since that aborted mission. I hear that she is back on the scene and using words that I would have expected to hear in old Soviet Union propaganda.

With a number of polls showing a sustained level of opposition to the Democrats’ health care reform efforts more than five months after passage, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said the Obama administration has “a lot of reeducation to do” heading into the midterms.

I am not comfortable hearing Cabinet members use the word reeducation, and who does she want to reeducate?

Maybe I'm just old school, but it sounds like propaganda to me. Americans don't like Obamacare, because it is a mandated insurance bailout that will lead to medical rationing in the name of cost efficiencies.

Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Letters Mailed to Families of Swiss Banking Executives

Considering the amount of money and real assets that the bankers have been alleged to have stolen over the last 100 years, I am surprised that there are not more stories like this one.

An 8-year-old girl was among those injured by letters containing acid that were sent to the families of Geneva bank executives in recent days, the magistrate investigating the case said Thursday.

Is a Massive Cyberattack Underway in the United States of America and European Union?
