The purpose of the page is simply to provide reproductions of and links to various federal and state laws and regulations concerning vaccinations of citizens in the event of pandemics, particularly the predicted "swine flu" episode for this fall. There appears to be great interest at present regarding this matter, yet there is no readily available source where an interested American can actually read the relevant laws for every jurisdiction. The author has been primarily concerned with compiling those laws that actually subject a citizen to forced inoculations.
