1st POST & INFO ABOUT BLOG!!!
I have decided to move my blog from myspace.com (http://www.blogmyspace.com./joefordjr) to this current location. Please feel free to relax and read my latest posts. I hope you enjoy the information.

I had a blog throughout my campaign on myspace, but you needed to be a member of myspace in order to access it. I put this blog up, so more people would be able to access it.
This is a great addition to the Memphis blogosphere.
One suggestion: could you make it so that videos posted on the site don't default to being on - the noise is distracting to this old woman when reading other posts.

Please read my suggestion on Freedonian regarding a consolidated progressive blog ala dailykos in order to achieve synergies and enough hits to compete with and eclipse Thaddeus Matthews' embarrassing excuse for a forum for serious discussion on issues. Plus, make it easier for readers not to have to visit so many blogs.
I bet Cardell Orrin would set up the site/server and assist with how this might work. I'll be glad to help raise money if needed.
The AUTOPLAY issues should be resolved. I checked it both in IE 6.0 and Firefox, and it does not appear to AUTOSTART. If you still encounter any issues, then please send me a message.

As soon as I can get the HTML code to work properly, I'll remove the AUTOSTART on the videos.
