Is the Government About to Reveal the Existence of Extraterrestrial Alien Life?
Until I get further verification of this story, I say hogwash. I cannot imagine Obama revealing the existence of alien life, which is one of the government's most top secret programs. The government would have to explain why it lied for so many years if it comes out that we are dealing and communicating with offworld lifeforms. Nevertheless, the Examiner is reporting that this disclosure is imminent. If the story is right, then I will give the website props and admit I was wrong.

Saudi Arabia Orders 10,000,000 Doses of GSK's Pandemrix™
Another territory to add to the vaccine mix. The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has approved GlaxoSmithKline’s Pandemrix™ vaccine for the H1N1 flu virus on November 3, 2009, as the kingdom prepares to receive more than two million pilgrims at next month’s Haj. Remote Amazon Indian Tribe Hit by H1N1 "Swine Flu" (7 Dead)
Even deep in the Amazon rain forest, one is not safe from the H1N1 "swine flu" virus. The isolated Yanomami tribe in Venezuela has been hit hard by this H1N1 "swine flu" as seven (7) people have died and more deaths are expected.
I bet that the W.H.O. or its regional designee will attempt to vaccine the Yanomami tribe for the H1N1 after this recent outbreak.

It is feared the flu could sweep through the area and kill many more Yanomami as the Indians have little resistance to introduced diseases.
About 32,000 Yanomami live in the Venezuela-Brazil border region and form the largest relatively isolated tribe in the Amazon.

China Declares That Space War is Inevitable! (Only Power Can Protect Peace)
Of course, we're headed for space wars, if they aren't already fighting them up there in the sky. When man first took to the seas, there were huge naval wars that soon followed. When man took to the air, there were huge aerial battles that soon followed. Man only recently went into space, so if history is any indicator, there will soon be huge space wars.

Maine CDC Pays Schools to Give H1N1 "Swine Flu" Vaccine to Children
Schools are now getting into the vaccination business too. Each Maine K-12 school can receive funding from the State of Maine in various specified amounts (see below), so there is a goal to inject every arm and mist every nose at each school.

On November 1, 2009, an independent arbitrator sustained the grievance the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Council 61 filed to oppose the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics' work directive to require mandatory vaccinations for all staff. Earlier this year, on September 21, AFSCME and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics entered into an agreement to submit this matter to binding arbitration, which was resolved in AFSCME's favor. The arbitration states that employer must immediately cease and desist the "Universal Influenza Vaccination Policy." AFSCME Iowa Council 61 represents roughly 2000 employees at UIHC including custodial, maintenance, and other staff that make the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics run smoothly every day.
"AFSCME wants to have an H1N1 free workplace for employees and the public, however this practice violated the terms of the collective bargaining agreement this Union had with University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. The workers that AFSCME represents have always had a very high rate of voluntary participation of flu vaccinations, and we felt this work rule was not warranted. No one should be forced to choose between their job and getting a flu shot," said Danny Homan, President of AFSCME Iowa Council 61. ###

Illinois Corn and Soybean Harvests at Record Low Levels
Henry Kissinger supposedly once said, "Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control the people." As our nation's food stockpiles continue to deplete, it does not give me much confidence to hear that soybean and corn harvests are at record lows. This does not seem to be a government conspiracy meant to control us all (yet), because these record low crop levels appear to be the result of the Mother Nature giving Illinois too much rain.

Authorities in Kiev, Ukraine, deny spraying of “aerosolized medication” by aircraft over city.
The office of Emergency Response in the district of Desniansko, Kiev, are tonight (30th Oct.) strongly refuting reports that light aircraft were spraying a substance over the city intended to counter a “swine flu pandemic” in Ukraine.
It was reported that light aircraft were seen over the Forest market area of the city (close to the Forest metro station) and they were spraying an aerosol substance intended to “counter swine flu”, this of course would constitute forced medication of the population.
The editors of local newspapers in Kiev received dozens of phone calls from concerned residents and shop owners in the Forest market area of the city reporting they had observed several light airplanes circling in the sky during the day spraying an unidentified aerosol into the atmosphere.
Retailers and local business people reported they were advised to “stay indoors” during the day by local authorities.
Local newspapers contacted government administrators in Kiev and were told that “no permission had been granted today (30th Oct.) for small aviation aircraft to fly within the city limits”. Also local FM radio stations in Kiev were regularly refuting the reports during broadcasts today, apparently under duress from local authorities.
Reports of helicopters and light airplanes spraying aerosols over Kiev, Lviv, Ternopil, and other cities throughout Ukraine are tonight flooding online forums and websites, hundreds of people have verified the reports with their own eye-witness accounts.
On 30th October President Viktor Yushchenko ordered the Ministry of Defense to establish mobile military hospitals throughout Ukraine, to assist and provide “essential medications” to people with swine-flu. Yushchenko has also ordered medical personnel from the reserve defense forces to report for duty.
An order from President Yushchenko is expected soon that will effectively place Ukraine under “martial law”.
“Due to the complex epidemiological situation in the western regions of Ukraine, where tens of thousands of people have become ill, thousands are in hospital, and dozens have died.”
Nine regions of Ukraine have declared a quarantine around the country and public events have been banned (including the elections).The Clergy have been ordered not to hold any Church or religious services on Sundays or to gather a congregation for any reason whatsoever. Police are also enforcing the compulsory wearing of protective face masks, any driver caught not wearing a mask faces harsh legal penalties.
Earlier, health authorities in western Ukraine reported a “severe outbreak of UNIDENTIFIED Influenza, suspected by doctors to be a form of viral pneumonia”. The disease has already claimed a number of lives in the region. In Lviv, schools have been closed and authorities are conducting emergency meetings to determine how to deal with the outbreak.

I know that the first thing someone reading this article will say is big deal. There are thousands being infected with the H1N1 "swine flu" here in the United States and worldwide. Ukraine is just feeling the pandemic like the rest of the world.
One thing though, this Ukrainian virus that has infected thousands of people isn't the same H1N1 "swine flu" that this blog has discussed at length since April, 2009.
The mystery virus does not yet have a name, but the Ukrainian press and doctors refer to the H1N1 "swine flu" in the United States of America as the "California Flu." This new virus has infected thousands of people in Ukraine in parallel with the California Flu. While the H1N1 California Flu has only killed one (1) person in the Ukraine, this mysterious virus has already killed over sixty (60) people. Currently, there is no vaccine.
If you check out the image above, you will see that it relates back to a previous Remixx World! article called MOSSAD Microbiologist Moshe Says H1N1 "Swine Flu" is a Bioweapon! about Joseph Moshe who called into a Los Angeles talk show to warn people about Baxter's Ukrainian lab that was allegedly producing bioweapons disguised as a vaccine. The LAPD quickly took out Mr. Moshe and utilized law enforcement hardware that has never been seen before on a live national newscast, including robots! Mr. Moshe was even able to withstand heavy pepper spraying which reflects the likelihood that Mr. Moshe was more than meets the eye!
Baxter International also "accidentally" sent live bird flu virus to an Austrian lab in an experimental seasonal flu vaccine back in March, 2009. If the subcontractors had not caught the accident, then it is possible that people could have received live bird flu through a seemingly harmless vaccine. Therefore, Baxter may have blood on its hands if these allegations are true. Now that this mystery virus in Ukraine has spread to pandemic status killing many more people than the California Flu has killed in Ukraine, maybe Mr. Moshe was telling the truth.

Novartis A(H1N1) Pandemic Influenza Vaccine Focetria® Receives Positive Opinion From Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use of the EMEA
I do not know if this Focetria® vaccine will ever be approved for use here in the United States, because it contains the MF59 squalene adjuvant. Currently, none of the approved US "swine flu" vaccines contain adjuvants, which is definitely a good thing. However, this press release seems to imply that squalene adjuvants are a good thing.

Basel, September 25, 2009 - Novartis announced today that Focetria®, the Novartis Influenza A(H1N1) 2009 monovalent vaccine, has received a positive opinion from the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMEA). The positive opinion clears the way for European Union approval in all 27 Member States as well as in Iceland and Norway. Today's announcement marks a significant milestone in bringing a pandemic vaccine to market in Europe.
Focetria, the Novartis Influenza A(H1N1) 2009 monovalent vaccine is an inactivated influenza virus vaccine indicated for active immunization of persons of six months of age and older against influenza disease caused by the novel pandemic A(H1N1) influenza virus. The pandemic vaccine has been developed using traditional influenza manufacturing processes in an egg-based formulation. Focetria contains MF59®, Novartis proprietary adjuvant, which has been added to boost the immune response in individuals receiving the vaccine. MF59 can elicit protective antibody levels with a lower dose, just 7.5 micrograms of viral antigen versus 15 micrograms in non-adjuvanted vaccines, potentially resulting in greater vaccine supply.
Novartis has already started first deliveries of pandemic vaccines under quarantine to governments in Europe, despite the initially low yields with the current production seed strain provided by the World Health Organization (WHO). A new seed strain could provide higher volumes.

Data derived from recent clinical trials of Fluvirin conducted in Costa Rica indicate that a single-dose regimen is as effective as a two-dose regime in healthy adults ages 18-64 suggesting the potential to extend A(H1N1) vaccine supply further to support public health efforts. The trial was conducted in 784 healthy adults.

Basel, September 25, 2009 - Novartis announced today that Focetria®, the Novartis Influenza A(H1N1) 2009 monovalent vaccine, has received a positive opinion from the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMEA). The positive opinion clears the way for European Union approval in all 27 Member States as well as in Iceland and Norway. Today's announcement marks a significant milestone in bringing a pandemic vaccine to market in Europe.
Focetria, the Novartis Influenza A(H1N1) 2009 monovalent vaccine is an inactivated influenza virus vaccine indicated for active immunization of persons of six months of age and older against influenza disease caused by the novel pandemic A(H1N1) influenza virus. The pandemic vaccine has been developed using traditional influenza manufacturing processes in an egg-based formulation. Focetria contains MF59®, Novartis proprietary adjuvant, which has been added to boost the immune response in individuals receiving the vaccine. MF59 can elicit protective antibody levels with a lower dose, just 7.5 micrograms of viral antigen versus 15 micrograms in non-adjuvanted vaccines, potentially resulting in greater vaccine supply.
Novartis has already started first deliveries of pandemic vaccines under quarantine to governments in Europe, despite the initially low yields with the current production seed strain provided by the World Health Organization (WHO). A new seed strain could provide higher volumes.

How to Build a Small 45 Watt Solar Generator Power Station for Under $500!
Here is an example of a 45 watt solar system you can build for under $500.
1. 45 watt solar panel kit by Harbor Freight (3 - 15 watt panels, includes power regulator) - $250
2. Cobra 400 watt power inverter - $30
3. Deep cycle marine 12 volt battery - $90 or an Optima 51r ($175)
TOTAL --> $370 or $455 (if you get the Optima battery)
Optional: Schumacher SSC-1000A Automatic Speed Battery Charger ($55)
The solar panel kit will contain all the parts one needs to get free energy from the sun.
1. Assemble solar panel and regulator according to kit.
2. Hook the solar panel kit up to the deep cycle marine battery.
3. Put the solar panels into the sunlight and leave the solar panels in the sun until the battery is fully charged.
4. Once the battery is charged, hook the power inverter up to the battery according to the inverter's instructions.
5. Plug your mobile electronics or other devices into the compatible plugs on the power inverter and enjoy the power of the sun!

Two Bad Reactions from H1N1 "Swine Flu" Vaccine Immunization Program in Winnipeg, Canada!
As the worldwide immunization program continues, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is reporting that there have been two (2) bad reactions from the H1N1 "swine flu" vaccine. The story does not list the specific allergic reactions these two (2) people suffered. For Canada, the approved vaccine is Arepanrix.
Don't forget to read down to end of the linked article, because there is a 1-2 paragraph discussion of thimerosal and how it is basically harmless (NOT!).

Since the mass immunization began in Winnipeg Monday, two people have had rare allergic reactions to it, according to the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
"We have had two incidents involving some allergic-type symptoms," said Dr. Sande Harlos, a WRHA medical officer of health. "This is what we're prepared to deal with."
The maker of the H1N1 vaccine, GlaxoSmithKline, warns that up to one in 1,000 doses may result in an allergic reaction leading to a "dangerous decrease of blood pressure."

Thimerosal is a mercury-based preservative. In large concentrations, or over extended periods of exposure, mercury can cause damage to the brain and kidneys. However, the Public Health Agency of Canada says the amount of mercury in the H1N1 flu vaccine is significantly less than in a can of tuna.

Today, Svenska Dagbladet reports that over 350 cases of side effects from the Pandemrix "swine flu" shot, has been recorded so far. It has also become clear that this shot contains the most deadly mix of substances of all the known vaccines manufactured against the so called "swine flu" H1N1 influenza. The official number of deaths from the "swine flu" vaccine is now five. And that is only those who have strong immediate reactons, the long term effects are usually never even investigated. If you would die from the shot two weeks after you took it, your death would not be considered to have anything to do with the vaccination. Severe health problems years after will of course be very hard to link to the poisonous injection. Even if these five official cases died within days, the official story is of course as expected: "none of these deaths has been confirmed to be linked to the vaccine".

"Securing America's cyber infrastructure requires a coordinated and flexible system to detect threats and communicate protective measures to our federal, state, local, and private sector partners and the public," said Secretary Napolitano. "Consolidating our cyber and communications operations centers within the NCCIC will enhance our ability to effectively mitigate risks and respond to threats."
The new, state-of-the-art facility reflects the shared priority of President Obama and Secretary Napolitano to bolster information sharing and incident response in order to protect and secure the nation's cyber networks and infrastructure.
The NCCIC provides an integrated incident response facility to mitigate risks that could disrupt or degrade critical information technology functions and services, while allowing for flexibility in handling traditional voice and more modern data networks.
The new unified operations center combines two of DHS' operational organizations: the U.S. Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT), which leads a public-private partnership to protect and defend the nation's cyber infrastructure; and the National Coordinating Center for Telecommunications (NCC), the operational arm of the National Communications System.
In addition, the NCCIC will integrate the efforts of the National Cybersecurity Center (NCSC), which coordinates operations among the six largest federal cyber centers; the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis and private sector partners.
The NCCIC was created at the recommendation of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, the Government Accountability Office and a joint industry-government working group, which together emphasized the need for collocation, integration, and interoperability among existing cyber and communications incident response mechanisms.

High Fructose Corn Syrup Reportedly Increases High Blood Pressure Risk (So Why Can't I Buy Mexican Coca-Colas® with Sugar in My Neighborhood?)
As the old Tom and Jerry cartoons used to say, "Don't you believe it!" And when I say "it," I'm talking about the hype from the corn industry that high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is no different than regular sugar. No matter how much propaganda this industry releases (see below for some of these ridiculous videos), I will never believe the hype. There is a difference in how the body processes these two substances at a base level and harmful effects can result when the body processes HFCS.
A recent study supports this position and says that HFCS increases the risk of high blood pressure. Since HFCS' introduction and increased usage, obesity rates have also increased. You also don't want HFCS, because it may contain mercury! From the Herald Scotland:
One of my first ventures into news research and gathering was around 1985 when I was 11 years old and when Coca-Cola abandoned its original formula for new Coke. I remember watching all the live television news reports on Nightline about this corporate decision to abandon the popular cola formula. When Coca-Cola buckled and started the Coca-Cola Classic product line, it stated the cola contained the original Coca-Cola formula. However, this may not have been true.
My Granny never liked Coca-Cola Classic® at all! She said that it tasted funny and kept drinking new Coke (or Coke II) until it was no longer available. I did not know why until I realized that Coca-Cola had replaced the sugar with high fructose corn syrup. Being a country woman, my Granny could taste the difference that my youthful self could not perceive. I did not understand what she meant until I tried a Mexican Coca-Cola that has regular syrup and no HFCS.
These Cokes are AMAZING and should be sold in America at every stop from sea to shining sea! However, non-HFCS Cokes are very hard to find unless it is around Passover or you live in a southern border zone! Actually, try finding any non-HFCS soda in your grocery store. I dare you! I used to be able to buy sugar-only, non-HFCS Coca-Colas by the case in Venice, California as late as July, 2009, but I believe these products became a casualty to the cola wars and bottling rights, because they are no longer available.
I even wrote Coca-Cola and I may decide to share Coca-Cola's response that it is not a corporate decision to use sugar or HFCS, because the local bottling companies make this decision.

Wisconsin Judge Orders Beef Rancher to Register Premises Under State's Livestock Premises Registration Law
I knew that I would eventually get a story where I would have to research the premises ID and the National Animal Identification System. I have heard lots of conspiracies on the issue, but I will go to the official source as well.
The conspiracy theories say that the premises registration law will be a way for the government to track, trace and database everyone's land and farms for later corrupt uses or takings. The official page says that these theories are unfounded. Here is the USDA's official FAQ Answers page on premises registration and animal identification, which you can read by clicking this sentence. According to the USDA, premises registration is voluntary under the federal law!
However, in the case at hand, a Wisconsin judge has ordered a beef rancher to register his premises under the State's premises registration law.
Although the USDA says that the federal registration process is voluntary, it is obvious from this case that when a State adopts the National Animal Identification System, the process becomes mandatory and enforceable under State law.

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection in 2003 became the first agricultural agency in the U.S. to implement mandatory livestock premises registration.
Anyone who keeps livestock must register that location with the state.
Although the USDA says that the federal registration process is voluntary, it is obvious from this case that when a State adopts the National Animal Identification System, the process becomes mandatory and enforceable under State law.
