FLASHBACK! Indira Singh / PTech / DARPA / 9-11 Whistleblower Video
Here's a little bit about Indira Singh and PTech. Her information has been valuable to connecting the dots on 9/11. Check out the interview below.
Singh was doing high level IT work for JP Morgan Chase...as well as a company related to the CIA and DARPA at the time of 9/11. She was contracted to develop A.I. risk managing programs that would thwart fraud in the banking systems. She discovered a company called Ptech(Piedmont Technologies, in Boston) which was started and funded by Yasin al-Qadi, now officially pegged as one of the main money men behind al Qaeda by the US government. The severity comes when it was discovered that Ptech developed system called PROMIS, which was installed in a lot of government agency computers as of 9/11. Cheifly [sp], was the FAA. The focal architecture and function of PROMIS is overring, risk processing, and advanced computing. In other words, PTECH, an al Qaeda front, had a total backdoor into the FAA data systems...even on 9/11.

Cyberattack False Flag? (Greater Transparency Needed in Development of U.S. Policy on Cyberattack)
The various cyberattacks continue into their 2nd week throughout the world. I've blogged about these cyberattacks here over this time. As I do further online research into the global network, my knowledge increases and additional perspectives are achieved. While the mainstream media focuses on the celebrity aspect and the overall fear that something really horrible is going to happen as a result of these cyberattacks.
Therefore, it is quite foreseeable that these cyberattacks could be the result of some wargame or training exercise for the military industrial complex in this country or elsewhere. We have tried to pin these attacks on North Korea, but so far, there is no direct evidence.
The booklet based upon the April 29, 2009 report "Technology, Policy, Law, and Ethics Regarding U.S. Acquisition and Use of Cyberattack Capabilities" (you can read full report here or below) by the National Academy of Sciences discusses its recommendations for and analyses of the U.S. government's position on cyberattacks, including their possible uses against adversaries and for wargaming.

The threat is growing of attacks with the possibility of taking down critical national infrastructure systems. Embedded code was discovered in the U.S. power grid two years ago, which could have potentially damaged power supply, two former federal officials told CNN in April.However, has anyone considered that these cyberattacks may be conducted by internal organizations operating under the color of official governments, including rogue elements of our own government? Wouldn't a powerful cyberattack require powerful resources beyond the reach of most individual people and usually only within the reach of governments and nation-states?

TIME: Why Are Southerners So Fat?
This Time Magazine article is quite on point with the obesity of the Dirty South. However, I do not blame it on regional food choices. I agree with the article that it is a lack of physical activity that lends Southerners to being fatter than in other parts of the country. I grew up down South, currently live out West, and there is definitely a difference between the physical activity in each place. I never saw that many people jogging or doing much physical activity down South, but in California, there always seem to be people exercising, whether it is running, biking, hiking or skating.
It is probably due to the weather, because who wants to exercise in hot and humid weather?

The Federal Reserve Warns Congress That Financial Markets Will Destabilize if H.R. 1207 Passes!
The Federal Reserve has once again warned Congress that Congress should not attempt to audit the Federal Reserve bank under Ron Paul's H.R. 1207 "Audit the Federal Reserve Bill." The following information may have been said numerous times by numerous people, but I'll say it again for the record, the Federal Reserve is a private banking consortium.
The Federal Reserve warned on Thursday that a growing congressional threat to curtail its independence would destabilise markets and raise the cost of servicing US debt for “current and future generations."
When I hear someone say "destabilise markets," then I take that as a threat of what will happen, because the Federal Reserve is a subsidiary of banks that controls the financial markets. The markets cannot be destabilized unless the Federal Reserve causes them to be so. Isn't a threat against financial markets an act of "domestic terrorism" under the U.S. Patriot Act, Section 802?
The Section 802 elements are almost all in place:
1. Intimidate or coerce a civilian population --> I believe a warning by the Federal Reserve to Congress that the financial markets would destabilize and the cost of servicing US debt for “current and future generations" would increase constitutes intimidation and coercion of the Congress, which is representative of the civilian population.
2. Influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion --> The statement was made Donald Kohn, vice-chairman of the Federal Reserve, with the intent to influence Congress to abandon its attempts to audit the Federal Reserve under H.R. 1207.
3. To affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping --> This would be hardest element to prove up, but if the markets are destabilized, then that could potentially be considered a mass destruction on a financial level. Without financial markets, the U.S. could easily dissolve to martial law, food riots, rationing and civil disorder which would likely qualify as mass destruction.
4. The act must occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States --> Mr. Kohn made the statement at a House financial services subcommittee hearing in Washington, DC, which is within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

Mandatory Experimental Vaccinations: Coming Soon to Your Neighborhood?
If a large pandemic occurs in your State, zone or region and you are required to take a mandatory experimental vaccine under the threat of arrest or force, will you do it? Currently, the US is planning to inoculate some of its citizens for the H1N1 "swine" flu virus, which is currently at Phase 6 pandemic level.
[Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen] Sebelius says no final decision has been made but vaccinations against swine flu are likely and probably will begin in mid-October, assuming soon-to-start studies go well. But she says first in line for shots likely will be school-age children, young adults with conditions such as asthma, pregnant women and health workers.

Marine Corp. Times: U.S. Response to Cyberattacks is Limited!
I have no idea how our government with its advanced technology and gizmos cannot track the cyber attackers that have been hitting this country, South Korea and Australia over the last couple of weeks. It is not as if someone is doing the attacks from a basement studio apartment with drippy pipes! However, it appears nothing can be done about these attacks.
Defense and cyber analysts said Thursday that chances are high that very little eventually will be done to whoever orchestrated several days of attacks against Web sites including the White House and Pentagon as well as sites in South Korea. That’s largely because the investigation is unlikely to figure out who did it.

Analysis of My 2009 Predictions Halfway Through the Year (a/k/a "Ninjadamus")
Just so people don't think I'm cheating, I will post the predictions I made on Yahoo! Answers seven (7) months ago in late 2008. My member name at Yahoo Answers is "Lil_PimpN." The predictions from seven months ago are numbered below along with links to articles, news and evidence showing the predictions to be somewhat accurate as of July 9, 2009.
1. Commercial real estate market goes belly up in 1st quarter of 2009;
2. Numerous retail outlets file for bankruptcy after 2008 Christmas sales reports are released;
3. Some malls and suburbs will become ghost towns;
4. The dollar loses value as the Fed continues printing money;
5. Gas stays around $1.50/gallon until spring;
6. A bank holiday where no one can get their money will happen at some point in the year;
7. One of the Big 3 automakers actually goes bankrupt;
8. Barack's popularity will plummet in the 2nd half of the year as the economy does not improve;
9. There will be a civil unrest somewhere in the USA over either food, water or money that will require the military to be used;
Fortunately, this one has not happened!
10. The price of food and other necessities will experience hyperinflation;
11. 37" LCD TVs will drop under $350;
Okay, maybe you can't get a new one for this price, but you can get a 37" refurbished one for $299.
NAACP Urges Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell to Impose Martial Law in Harrisburg!?! (Craziest Idea I've Heard in a Long Time!)
This is one of those stories where you hope it turns out to be an urban legend or just completely false, because if it is true, then it is quite scary. Martial law should not be used in the circumstances and reasons listed by Stanley Lawson, but apparently Mr. Lawson feels that local law enforcement cannot stop the shootings that have rocked Harrisburg, PA. Nevertheless, bringing in the National Guard sets a horrible precedent for future troop deployments domestically.
An NAACP official has demanded the governor of Pennsylvania call out the National Guard, suspend civil liberties and impose martial law to deal with a recent wave of shootings.Stanley Lawson, president of the Harrisburg Chapter of the NAACP, urged Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell deploy the National Guard for at least one month and enforce a curfew after more than a dozen shootings rocked the city, according to the Patriot News.

First, Attorney General Eric "Stedman" Holder wants your guns. Now he wants your speech! Thanks a lot! Aren't there some bankers you could be prosecuting?
The Matthew Shepard Act (officially, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act or LLEHCPA) is currently pending in committee in the 111th Congress. On June 25, 2009, Attorney General Holder became the first ever sitting U.S. Attorney General to testify in favor a pending bill. Holder has stated that passing this bill is one of his "highest personal priorities."
People are worried that the Bill may be used to federalize local law enforcement and to chill free speech. I do not agree with this Bill, but there is an exception in the Bill for the 1st Amendment in Section 8. This may be used to challenge if this Bill gets out of control, but don't necessarily expect a fair trial.
Nothing in this Act, or the amendments made by this Act, shall be construed to prohibit any expressive conduct protected from legal prohibition by, or any activities protected by the free speech or free exercise clauses of, the First Amendment to the Constitution.

Did Ohio Congressman James Traficant Really Say the United States Was Dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act of 1933?
One of the stories that I continually encounter in my searches through the digital crates of information in my quest to find the answer is the [alleged] statement of Former Ohio Congressman James Traficant on the Congressional Record discussing the 1933 bankruptcy of the United States. Now while I cannot validate Wikipedia as a verifiable source, I'll use it to reference Congressman Traficant who is currently in jail serving a long conviction and was known in the halls of Congress for having the wildest hair days.
If you do an internet or Google search of "Traficant" and any permutation of "U.S. bankrupt" "Emergency Powers Act" "U.S. dissolved," it will produce a number of links that will lead you to a statement made by Traficant that is allegedly a part of the Congressional Record, March 17, 1993, Vol. 33, page H-1303.
Here is the unverified and alleged Traficant statement that is found on many websites:

While I want to believe that Congressman Traficant made this statement on record for future generations to see, I have to verify any information that I can before posting it as fact even if I believe the allegations made in Traficant's alleged statement. Unfortunately in this case, there is just no evidence on the Congressional Record that Traficant made the alleged statement. I looked up the Congressional Record at issue for Traficant's statement, sorting by date (thanks to Cywar) and retrieved the below embedded document. If you review the document I pulled from the Congressional Record and the alleged Traficant statement above, you will see that the statements are not the same. The first paragraph in the alleged statement is the only paragraph that appears in the official Record. Paragraphs 2-5 in the alleged statement do not appear in the official Record embedded below.

Therefore:
1) Traficant made the alleged statement and the Congressional Record has been changed to delete the references about the international bankers in Paragraphs 2-5; OR

Let's keep our eyes on this one, because we remember what Senator Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia said about the Internet. He said that Internet should have never existed. Are these cyberattacks the cyber false flags that have been predicted?

Here is a good analysis of the Food Safety Enhancement Act of 2009 (HR 2749), a bill that will likely have widespread implications on organic farming and natural foods.

* HR 2749 would give FDA the power to order a quarantine of a geographic area, including prohibiting or restricting the movement of food or of any vehicle being used or that has been used to transport or hold such food within the geographic area. [This - "that has been used to transport or hold such food" - would mean all cars that have ever brought groceries home so this means ALL TRANSPORTATION can be shut down under this. This is using food as a cover for martial law.] Under this provision, farmers markets and local food sources could be shut down, even if they are not the source of the contamination. The agency can halt all movement of all food in a geographic area. [This is also a means of total control over the population under the cover of food, and at any time.]

WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler May Enter Memphis Mayoral Race
In another sign that Memphis is one of the best places for entertaining politics in the world, Jerry Lawler may be about to throw his hat in the ring. I have experienced Memphis politics first hand and it certainly lives up to the reputation.
Now the WWE may be involved! Jerry Lawler is considering entering the special mayoral race to replace Willie Herenton who was set to resign to July 10, but has postponed his decision to July 30.
Another well-known Memphis name may be added to the growing list of potential candidates in the Memphis mayoral special election: Jerry "The King" Lawler.
In an interview on a local radio station morning show Monday, Lawler expressed interest in entering the race and plans to make an announcement this week.
Jerry Lawler ran against my father and Herenton in 1999, and he finished a distant third. I always said that Lawler should have gotten the WWE more involved in the 1999 race. However, people never bought into my idea for wrestling and politics.
On a random note, does ANYONE have the video of Jerry Lawler against Commissioner Joe Ford, State Senator John Ford, Jake Ford and Isaac Ford at a wrestling event? Please send me a link if you do. Being a lifelong pro 'rasslin fan I am still upset that I did not get invited to participate.
For those just catching up on this whole mayoral saga, I'll start from the middle of 2006. Steve Cohen wins the Democratic primary against numerous black candidates (including myself - cheap plug!). Cohen faces the independent candidate Jake Ford in the general election with Willie Herenton and A.C. Wharton supporting Cohen at that time.
Cohen goes on to win in 2006 and again in 2008. On the other hand, Herenton has to survive a recall effort before besting two (2) candidates in 2007 for a 4th straight reelection. In 2008, Herenton threatens to step down and return to a superintendent position with the Memphis City Schools. The School Board refuses Herenton's request. In 2009, as Herenton leaks that he might jump in the Congressional race, rumors and documentation surface that former Congressman Harold Ford Sr. is planning to host various fundraisers for Congressman Cohen.
Herenton immediately hops into the Congressional race and the battle is on. As the summer begins, Herenton announces that he is resigning as Memphis Mayor to focus on the Congressional race. A special Mayoral election is announced and candidate after candidate step forward to jump in the race. With fears in some of the various political camps that a person could become Memphis Mayor with a very small number of votes, Herenton has delayed his resignation. Is Herenton going to follow through and give up the Mayor's seat? Nevertheless, a field of candidates are ready, willing and able to battle for the seat if he gives it up, including Mr. Jerry Lawler!
If Mayor Herenton gives up his Mayoral seat, then the next year of Memphis politics promises to be quite wild. Hopefully, it does not set race relations back a century or two.

Thousands Riot in Germany After Street Festival!
I haven't heard this story on the mainstream news yet, but apparently thousands of people are rioting in Hamburg, Germany. Hmmmm!
Some 3,000 people had come to the street festival in the city's Schanzenviertel area, which remained largely peaceful until around 10pm when a group reportedly began throwing bottles and fireworks at police and setting up barricades, a police spokesman said.

The top Federal Emergency Management Agency official met with Major General Yair Golan, commander of the Israeli Defense Forces Home Front Command, in Washington, DC last week as part of an effort to create a working relationship with Israel by sharing information on the emergency management practices of both nations, according to a Homeland Security Department report to police and law enforcement organizations including the 14,000-member National Association of Chiefs of Police
FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate and General Golan now serve as co-chairs of an emergency management workgroup designed to discuss problems and issues and to exchange information on a variety of topics such as long-term community recovery, exercise programs, emergency and disaster policies and procedures, terrorism and other subjects.

The Federal Government Turns Off Water to Fresno and San Joaquin Valley Farmers (No Food for the Masses?)
Former Secretary of State and National Security Adviser Boss to President Obama Henry Kissinger said that if you control the food, you control the population. It appears that the federal government is attempting to restrict the food production capacity of the Fresno and Central California regions, and using Kissinger logic, will then be able to control the population of these regions and beyond.
In 2007, the Federal District Court ruled to curtail water deliveries at the San Joaquin-Sacramento River delta from December to June to protect the endangered and declining fish delta smelt. The Feds have denied all farmland irrigation water allocations to the heavily-agricultural western San Joaquin Valley. As comedian Paul Rodriguez said, "Water makes the difference between the Garden of Eden and Death Valley." The San Joaquin Valley is slowly feeling more and more like Death Valley. One local community even has a 41% unemployment rate. Yike! Now the farmers are protesting and demanding water!
If the San Joaquin farmers cannot get water, then they cannot grow crops. If they cannot grow crops, then they cannot sell their fruits and vegetables in stores for us to eat. If we cannot get this food, then we will have to buy it elsewhere or do without it. In this current economy, we will need all the food that we can get. The farmers need water! Turn the water pumps back on!
Thousands of farmers, farmworkers and their supporters rallied at City Hall on Wednesday, calling on federal officials to ease regulations that have cut water supplies to the nation's most prolific growing region.

FLASHBACK! Rockefeller Family Demands Exxon Promote Global Warming!
Here is a story that I missed when it came out last year, but I have heard people discuss it recently as the global warming myth is being further exposed. Last year, the Rockefeller family was upset with the ExxonMobil corporation and CEO/chairman Rex Tillerson for “failing to address the future of energy and related industry hurdles" -- namely the Rockefeller global government, banking, carbon cap-and-trade and eugenics operations.
Since Exxon is a successor company to Standard Oil which was founded by John D. Rockefeller in the 19th Century, his descendents hold significant interests in ExxonMobil. As a result of this power, the Rockefellers sought to limit the power of Rex Tillerson by calling for the CEO and chairman positions to be split. The Rockefellers were unsuccessful on the surface, because the positions were not split, but Exxon came on-board with the Rockefeller global warming position.

A group of descendants of John D Rockefeller, who founded its predecessor Standard Oil in 1870, will begin a campaign to split the role of chief executive and chairman of the board at Exxon, a role held by Rex Tillerson.
Last night the family group issued a statement saying that the company’s leadership was “failing to address the future of energy and related industry hurdles”.
