Was Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Killed Because of His Proposed "#OccupyDC"-Style Poor People's Campaign of 1968?

On or about 1967, Marian Wright Edelman proposed to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. the idea of a 500,000 poor-person march to Washington DC and long-term encampment. Dr. King embraced the idea of a "non-violent army of the poor" and began to plan it for 1968. The goal was to force government action on the problems of poverty. King's proposed idea sounds very similar to the Occupy Wall Street encampments currently in many cities around the world.

The above video (Evidence of Revision Part 6 around the 45:00 mark) presents that case that Dr. King was a victim of State-sponsored murder due to the campaign. This is a fascinating documentary on the motives behind Dr. King's assassination. It presents the case that Army Intelligence saw Dr. King as a threat to U.S. national security, because the Army felt he was about to start a revolution with the poor-people's campaign. Dr. King said the following to the powers-that-be about the proposed campaign.

Very frankly, this is a set for an alternative to riots. If the Nation doesn't respond to us as we labor there 2 or 3 months, however long it takes, God only knows what we will face in terms of chaos. This is a kind of a last desperate demand for the Nation to respond to non-violence.

Why is Occupy Wall Street Affiliated with a Professional Revolutionary Organization like Otpor!?

The guy in the above video is Ivan Marovic. That name probably doesn't mean much to you, because I know it didn't mean much to me until I did some further digging. It turns out that Mr. Marovic is the co-founder of Otpor!. Otpor! was a key organization in the Serbian Wars in the 1990s and was also an influence in the Egypt uprisings. If you believe the below documentary (click the below picture to watch), then Otpor! is a group of professional revolutionaries.

I have been quite skeptical of the Occupy movement since it suddenly sprang up out of nowhere in the last couple of weeks. While I have been in full support of the "End the Fed" movement, I am suspicious of any "grassroots" movement that immediately gets corporate media support. I recall there being nationwide "End the Fed" rallies in 2009 that received little to no mainstream media coverage.

When I heard Van Jones along with various union bosses claim their support for the Occupy movement in recent weeks, it confirmed for me that this Occupy is essentially the Tea-Party version of the extreme progressive political agenda. Van Jones even recently discussed an "October Offensive" that would be used to counter the Tea Party.

However, the list of demands from Occupy Wall Street website sounds like a wet dream of someone with a very strong socialist and communist agenda. In fact, these demands read like a new-age version of some bootleg Karl Marx list.

I was willing to jump on board with this Occupy group until I read this list, but after reading this list, I see that it is just another group with an agenda and I have no desire whatsoever to be affiliated with an organization that is promoting that agenda. If this group truly wants to get me involved with them, then:

• Where is the demand for the repeal of the PATRIOT Act?
• What about ending the international wars of aggression?
• What about ending the opium trade in Afghanistan?
• What about ending the Presidential-ordered killings of US citizens without a court hearing and due process?
  
• What about actually demanding criminal accountability on Wall Street (as the name of the group might imply) and in other financial arenas?
• Where is the demand for the disposition of the bankers' stolen loot and gains over the years?
• What about the end of warrantless wiretapping and spying by the government and telecoms?
• What about an audit of the Federal Reserve?
• What about the nexus and conflict between former government regulators receiving lucrative private sector jobs from the very companies/industries they were regulating?
• What about the end of torture?

I came up with those demands without even picking up a book or doing a real thorough analysis that I would have done if I was organizing a movement. Please note that I didn't include any of the numerous conspiracy theories previously discussed on this blog. However, instead of any of the above, the Occupy movement focuses on things that will never happen or will lead to outright Civil War. Namely, it focuses on the same issues that I have seen in numerous progressive/union/left-leaning/communist literature. In fact, when I was way more naive back in 2006, I ran a political campaign with a platform that was somewhat similar in certain areas. Fortunately, my ideology has evolved.

Here are the Occupy Wall Street demands (along with my annotations):

Demand one: Restoration of the living wage. This demand can only be met by ending "Freetrade" by re-imposing trade tariffs on all imported goods entering the American market to level the playing field for domestic family farming and domestic manufacturing as most nations that are dumping cheap products onto the American market have radical wage and environmental regulation advantages. Another policy that must be instituted is raise the minimum wage to twenty dollars an hr.

Why not tax the profits of American corporations who incorporate and operate in other nations simply for the avoidance and payment of taxes? The only problem is that most major corporations are multinational. If US imposes strict regulations or taxes, the corporations will simply remove all (or curtail a material portion) of its operations from the United States market to a more favorable market.

If the tariffs are too costly, then the corporations will pass those costs along to the American consumers who will no longer be able to afford the foreign goods. A void would potentially exist for American companies to produce these goods, but the current government regulations are barriers to entry for anyone aside from international investors. $20 an hour minimum wage would never work. It would kill more jobs than it would save. Many businesses do not make enough money to pay its employees $20/hour, so it would have to terminate staff. A rise in minimum wage for everyone would also cause inflation, because everyone would be making more money.

Demand two: Institute a universal single payer healthcare system. To do this all private insurers must be banned from the healthcare market as their only effect on the health of patients is to take money away from doctors, nurses and hospitals preventing them from doing their jobs and hand that money to wall st. investors.

I agree that the insurance industry is a huge issue, but allowing the federal government to run all of health care would be even worse. I wouldn't necessarily be against some type of federally subsidized program for basic health needs, but I am against any federal mandate that everyone has to buy insurance.

Demand three: Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment.

That would never work. Why would someone ever work a difficult or dangerous job?

Demand four: Free college education.

I agree that education should be available to anyone who wants to pursue it, but how does one pay for free college education for everyone? Who will pay the teachers? Buy the library books? Build the dormitories? If every college will be 100% federal government-funded, then the federal government will controlling all of the colleges/universities in the country. I certainly would never agree to that scenario. If they want to help college students, remove the ridiculous profits in the private student loan industry.

Demand five: Begin a fast track process to bring the fossil fuel economy to an end while at the same bringing the alternative energy economy up to energy demand.

This is pie-in-the-sky stuff unless the government is willing to release all of its black-ops technology where it is alleged that free energy like Mr. Fusion does exist. Assuming that free energy does not exist yet, then there is no way to transition out of fossil fuels without decimating the economy. Further, the so-called "green energy" push by the government is a scam as evidenced by the recent political scandal in the solar energy industry. Our current state of technology is not a viable substitute for fossil fuel energy. It may make someone feel good to drive a Prius, but what happens when the world runs out of the rare earth metals needed to construct the battery technology?

Demand six: One trillion dollars in infrastructure (Water, Sewer, Rail, Roads and Bridges and Electrical Grid) spending now.

Where do we get $1,000,000,000,000 from when the country is broke? Should we just print it up on the Federal Reserve printers? Borrow it from China?

Demand seven: One trillion dollars in ecological restoration planting forests, reestablishing wetlands and the natural flow of river systems and decommissioning of all of America's nuclear power plants.

As in the previous Demand, where do we get $1,000,000,000,000? I agree on the decommissioning of the nuclear plants, because radiation is a curse on this planet. However, this Demand conflicts with Demand Five, because nuclear is considered alternative energy. Nuclear accounts for 20% of the power in the country. What will be the substitute for nuclear while these power plants are being decommissioned? Further, if you reestablish all wetlands, that means destroying all dams and canals. 6% of US power comes from hydroelectric, so that along with nuclear would wipe 26% of the US electrical power capacity. If you take this Demand into account with Demand Five, we would essentially have to live in the Dark Ages with no fossil fuels, nuclear power, hydroelectric or coal.

Demand eight: Racial and gender equal rights amendment.

More pie-in-the-sky stuff. There is already an Equal Protection Clause in the Constitution that supposedly grants equal protections in connection with government and State action, but it has been abused by Courts since the late 1800s. A proposed Equal Rights Amendment failed in the 1980s. Additional Amendments addressing these social issues would only cause more court cases and more confusing, judicial rulings that would still favor those people with the economic resources to game the legal system. The country simply needs to enforce the laws and regulations that are currently on the books.

Demand nine: Open borders migration. anyone can travel anywhere to work and live.

If you are pro-illegal immigration, then you will love this one. I am anti-illegal immigration and I believe in national sovereignty, so I do not agree with this Demand either. I do agree that people should be able to travel, work and live wherever they want, but it shouldn't be an unfettered right to do anything one wants to do. I can't move to another country and expect to do whatever I want to do.

Demand ten: Bring American elections up to international standards of a paper ballot precinct counted and recounted in front of an independent and party observers system.

I agree that our election system is corrupt, but international elections are no better and in many cases, worse. I do believe that there should be a paper receipt for all votes that can be manually reviewed in case of any issues.

Demand eleven: Immediate across the board debt forgiveness for all. Debt forgiveness of sovereign debt, commercial loans, home mortgages, home equity loans, credit card debt, student loans and personal loans now! All debt must be stricken from the "Books." World Bank Loans to all Nations, Bank to Bank Debt and all Bonds and Margin Call Debt in the stock market including all Derivatives or Credit Default Swaps, all 65 trillion dollars of them must also be stricken from the "Books." And I don't mean debt that is in default, I mean all debt on the entire planet period.

I would love for all my student loans to be wiped off of the books, but wiping this debt out would not solve the problem. Legit debts need to be paid. Otherwise, wiping these debts out would simply create hyperinflation. Food isn't going to magically appear on your table. Your kids' clothes aren't going to magically sprout from a cottonseed. Gas isn't going to magically appear in your tank. Your cell phone and Internet bills will not pay themselves. If the economy goes into hyperinflation, most of these things will either disappear or become in very short supply very quickly. However, I do AGREE that all fraudulent debts and instruments need to be canceled and the originators of these instruments need to be criminally and civilly tried in Court.

Demand twelve: Outlaw all credit reporting agencies.

I don't really use credit anymore, but I do understand that some people need it to build businesses. I wouldn't outlaw credit reporting agencies, but I would curtail some of these agencies' powers.

Demand thirteen: Allow all workers to sign a ballot at any time during a union organizing campaign or at any time that represents their yeah or nay to having a union represent them in collective bargaining or to form a union.

What does this have to do with 99%? I'm not in a union and have never really wanted to be in a union. I don't have a desire to pay someone money for the "right" to negotiate on my behalf. It sounds like the mob to me. Union membership may be important to some, but it is an irrelevant issue to me and when I hear people pushing it as a major issue, then I know it's really a political issue!

There are a couple of decent points in those demands, but a majority of them are as unrealistic as me swimming to the Moon.

I bet most of these folks protesting and occupying these locations are great people who have the best intentions. However, I am reminded of that old statement about the pavement on the road to Hell. Sometimes when I write these blog articles, I hope I am wrong about my statements and this is one of those times! But....

At the end of the day, it seems like the anger in the streets has been (or will be) co-opted by the professional revolutionaries and all of their affiliates of the extreme progressive agenda.

Why is There a Huge White Hole over China & Asia in the Latest JPL Global Ionospheric Map?

I'm not a scientist by trade, so I cannot speak on scientific matters as an expert. Therefore, can a scientist or someone qualified to speak on this matter please tell me and my readers what this white hole over China is in the above Global Ionospheric Map?

Global Ionospheric (TEC) Maps

GPS users with single-frequency receivers need ionospheric electron content information in order to achieve positioning accuracy similar to dual-frequency receivers. The GDGPS System provides a global real-time maps of ionospheric electron content (currently producing a map every 5 minutes). These maps are also of value in monitoring the effect of the ionosphere on radio signals, power grids, and on space weather.

The maps are derived using data from the ~100 real-time GDGPS tracking sites, ougmented with additional sites that are available on an hourly basis, probing the ionosphere with high spatial and temporal resolution. The integrated electron density data along each receiver-GPS satellite link is processed through a Kalman filter in a sun-fixed frame to produce the global gridded maps of TEC.

The maps are available redundantly from multiple GDGPS Operations Centers (GOCs) as images, as text files containing the gridded TEC values, or as a binary data stream containing the gridded TEC values.

TEC values from these maps are used in correcting the ionospheric delay in arbitrary geographic localtions on Earth for the Virtual Reference Site (VRS) data product of the GDGPS System.

Information about Libya That the Mainstream Media Doesn't Report (Video)

I would recommend this video and as you are watching, check out the buildings and the city of Tripoli. The city actually looks just as nice (if not nicer) than any American city. Also, it is interesting that Khaddafy was able to ride through the streets essentially with no protection. Our President would require armored vehicles and hundreds of security agents to make a similar appearance over one (1) block. Khaddafy appears to travel miles in this video.

The captions in this video are also probably accurate. No one in the U.S. government has convinced me of the national interest at stake for the U.S. to be involved militarily in Libya. This Libyan invasion sounds like another war planned and plotted by the globalist bankers who will stand to make immense profits from the new Libyan government at the expense of the Libyan people.

U.S. State Department Provides Grant to Create Shadow Stealth Web ("Internet in a Suitcase")

I have previously posted stories about Obama's proposed cybersecurity measures that will give the government the right to shut down the Internet with the press of a button. This new Open Technology Initiative (overseen by Sascha Meinrath at New America Foundation) is sort of a reverse version of the aforementioned process, because this "Internet in a Suitcase" will provide 'net access to people in areas where there is no Internet or where a government may have restricted or shut down the Internet.

The Obama administration is leading a global effort to deploy “shadow” Internet and mobile phone systems that dissidents can use to undermine repressive governments that seek to silence them...

...The group’s suitcase project will rely on a version of “mesh network” technology, which can transform devices like cellphones or personal computers to create an invisible wireless web without a centralized hub.

Flood Berm Collapses at Fort Calhoun Nuclear Power Station

This is some huge news that a flood berm has collapsed considering the Missouri River floodwaters that have seemingly engulfed the nuclear power station at Fort Calhoun.

The 2,000-foot berm collapsed about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, allowing the swollen river to surround two buildings at the plant. The NRC says those buildings are designed to handle flooding up to 1014 feet above sea level. The river is at 1006.3 feet and isn't forecast to exceed 1008 feet.

It is interesting (and perhaps even intentional) that this ancient language is being revealed right around the time there are all these conspiracy theories about the Anunnaki and the 10th Planet Nibiru are supposed about to come to pass. It is enough to give me a headache when I think about everything that I have heard in the last few years about the alleged Doomsday from Y2K to Planet X to pole shifts to alien wars to black holes to Mayan prophecies to religious doctrines.

The language of the Epic of Gilgamesh and King Hammurabi has found a new life online after being dead for some 2,000 years.

The Babylonian language, written on clay tablets in cuneiform script, dominated the Near East for centuries before it was gradually displaced by Aramaic. After a long decline, it disappeared from use altogether sometime in the first century A.D. - and was only deciphered nearly two millennia later by 19th-century European academics.

Great Britain has also released some ancient Greek manuscripts as well. It could be unrelated, but I write a conspiracy theory blog, so nothing is unrelated in the overall scheme of things when it comes to these types of stories.

Obviously, the testimonial weight of the President, the military and specifically the Navy Seal team that carried out the operation will presumptively be favored over the hearsay of Pakistani residents in a Court of law. However, that presumption is not absolute, especially in light of the government's history of lies and half-truths in connection with the dissemination of information to the masses.

Therefore, I must examine anything that might lead to admissible evidence such as this witness interview from the BBC stating that the alleged man depicted in the Pentagon/CIA home movies was not even Osama bin Laden.

Homeland Security Seeks 600 Armed PSOs in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska for Massive Annual Service Contract

I wonder why DHS needs these PSOs (see below if you don't know what the term means) officers to work an expected 1,000,000 (yes, I said 1 million) hours plus additional temporary hours per year. Can someone please answer that question for me? These PSOs will be assigned to safeguard federal employees and federal property, as well as citizens at these locations throughout the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

Was Japan's 8.9 Earthquake Caused by HAARP?

Let me state up front that I'm not saying that HAARP caused the earthquake. However, as a conspiracy theory blog, I have to cover all the bases. I will update this article as more information becomes available.

In case you missed it, a devastating 8.9 earthquake hit Japan this morning around 5:46 UTC on March 11, 2011.

The 03/11/2011 earthquake (preliminary magnitude 8.9) near the east coast of Honshu, Japan, occurred as a result of thrust faulting on or near the subduction zone interface plate boundary between the Pacific and North America plates. At the latitude of this earthquake, the Pacific plate moves approximately westwards with respect to the North America plate at a velocity of 83 mm/yr. The Pacific plate thrusts underneath Japan at the Japan Trench, and dips to the west beneath Eurasia. The location, depth, and focal mechanism of the March 11 earthquake are consistent with the event having occurred as thrust faulting associated with subduction along this plate boundary. Note that some authors divide this region into several microplates that together define the relative motions between the larger Pacific, North America and Eurasia plates; these include the Okhotsk and Amur microplates that are respectively part of North America and Eurasia.

Tokyo's outspoken Governor says his country, which suffered history's only nuclear attack, should build nuclear weapons to counter the threat from fast-rising China.

In an interview with The Independent, Shintaro Ishihara said Japan could develop nuclear weapons within a year and send a strong message to the world.

Declassifed Government Research Paper Reveals Evidence for Possible Companion Star to Sun

Evidence for a Solar Companion Star (1984)

Periodicity seen in both the mass extinctions and large impact cratering on earth can be explained if one postulates that the sun has a companion star, orbiting in a moderately eccentric orbit with a major axis of 2.8 light-years. No other explanations that have been suggested are compatible with known facts of physics and astronomy. If the companion is a red dwarf star, the most common kind in the galaxy, then no previous astronomical observations would have found it. A search for red objects with large parallax is now underway at Berkeley, and has a good chance of identifying the star in the near future.

TSA Places $35 Million Order for Rapiscan's Advanced Aviation Checkpoint X-Ray Systems

The below press release is evidence of more money being made by companies producing invasive body scanning machines. Just for the record, the Chertoff Group represents Rapiscan Systems/OSI Systems. In case the name Chertoff seems familiar, yes, the company is run by former Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff. But I'm sure there's no potential conflict in that relationship.

Rapiscan Systems, a leader in advanced security screening solutions, today announced that it has received orders from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) totaling $35 million for the Rapiscan 620DV Advanced Technology (AT) checkpoint X-ray baggage inspection system. The delivery orders are among the first to be placed by TSA under the terms of a five year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The 620DV AT systems will be deployed by TSA at airport checkpoints in the United States, where they will be used to screen passengers' carry-on baggage.

Microbiologist Specializing in Genetics & Mosquito-Transmitted Diseases Dead in Apparent Suicide

Call me skeptical, but I don't believe that this young woman committed suicide by cyanide. I just do not believe it.

A University of South Florida molecular biologist died Monday night in an apparent suicide by cyanide at a Temple Terrace hotel, police said.

Something is quite fishy especially considering that Dr. Chitra Chauhan earned her doctorate from the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology in New Delhi, India, in 2005, then studied mosquitoes and disease transmission at the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Chauhan also collaborated on the 2009 research paper piggyBac is an effective tool for functional analysis of the Plasmodium falciparum genome. Based on the current Notre Dame page, Dr. Chauhan was working on microarray studies of dengue infections.

Now this is where the conspiracy theorist side of me and this blog comes into play, because Dr. Chauhan's suicide does not make sense when (1) she had a 3-year child; (2) she had a husband; (3) she was very intelligent; and (4) someone who's intelligent would not likely use cyanide as a suicide method due to its potential pain effects. Why would she use cyanide when she had access and knowledge as a doctor to any number of drugs with no pain effects? A production company would throw me off of the studio lot if I tried to solicit a screenplay with this cyanide "suiciding" cliche, so why would someone use this method in real life?

In the last few years, numerous microbiologists have died under strange and mysterious circumstances and I sense a connection to this latest suicide. The powers-that-be will eventually go for broke at some point in near future with a man-made pandemic that will allow the centralized governments to take full control of the respective countries through martial law and mandatory vaccinations. If there was a "fake" pandemic, a trained and experienced microbiologist is someone who could potentially verify the origin of said pandemic.

It is well-known that there has been a recent outbreak of dengue fever in the Caribbean. It is also documented that genetically modified mosquitoes have been used in Malaysia and the Cayman Islands to fight dengue fever. University of Arizona scientists have even created so-called "malaria-proof" mosquitoes.

If the technology exists to genetically modify mosquitoes to fight disease, the technology also exists to genetically modify mosquitoes to spread disease. Alleged eugenicist Bill Gates has stated that he has no problem killing nearly a billion people through various medical procedures and practices, and Mr. Gates has also released mosquitoes in a public forum to prove his point about allegedly fighting malaria in developing countries (click the picture below to watch the YouTube video of this event).

While there's no proof, it is not hard to envision a scenario where evil parties create genetically modified mosquitoes with the ability to transmit deadly, incurable pathogens. If so, will the next pandemic come from these GMO mosquitoes? And are microbiologists like Chitra Chauhan being "suicided" to remove them as potential critics and resources when TSHTF?

Gov. Schwarzenegger Announces Worldwide Leaders Will Come Together at Governors’ Global Climate Summit 3

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger today announced many prominent leaders from around the world will participate in the Governors’ Global Climate Summit 3: Building the Green Economy to be held on Monday, November 15 and Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis). The Governor today welcomed an impressive line-up of participants and speakers, which include award-winning producer and director James Cameron, actor Harrison Ford, British Prime Minister David Cameron, Nobel Prize winner Dr. Rajendra Pachauri and British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell.

“I’m proud that we can bring together world-renowned leaders to collaborate on such important issues that affect us all. There is no better way to address the devastating affect that climate change has on our environment and our economy than by building these partnerships around the globe and influencing the global climate movement,” said Governor Schwarzenegger.

Governor Schwarzenegger also announced the Summit co-hosts: Michigan Governor Jennifer M. Granholm; Washington Governor Chris Gregoire; Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle; and Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski. Energy Investment Banker Matthew Simmons Dies Less Three (3) Weeks After Saying We've Killed the Gulf of Mexico

Throughout the Deepwater Horizon event, Matt Simmons said the government was lying about what was really happening down at the bottom of the sea. Last weekend, Simmons died at his home. Based on what he has repeatedly stated, his death caught my attention, because it was only three (3) weeks ago that Mr. Simmons said that we have killed the Gulf. The official report says drowning as a result of a heart attack, but it is quite possible that someone killed Mr. Simmons and made the death appear to be natural. I wonder if Mr. Simmons had any health issues that would have made his death more likely.
