Chicago Waterway Intentionally Poisoned with 20,000 Gallons of Toxic Rotenone to Kill Asian Carp (Thousands of Other Fish Species are Also Dead)

The sheer lunacy of scientists baffles me. These eggheads always seem to think they have the answers to everything and their actions usually result in worse events happening. Case in point, the Asian carp. Here is a non-native species that was brought to the southern States. Mistake #1. During the 1990s floods in the South and Midwest, these Asian carp were able to escape their holding pens and began a northern migration toward the Great Lakes.

Now in an attempt to save sportfishing, numerous government agencies are doing everything in their power to prevent the Asian carp from reaching Lake Michigan -- including poisoning a 6-mile long canal. Mistake #2.

Where is it defined in the Constitution or elsewhere that sportfishing is a rational governmental interest that requires the destruction of thousands of other species? I would say that only a very, small minority of people actually sport fish. Yet, the government says that this small interest must be protected at all cost even if we have to poison the waters and kill thousands of other fish.

Hoping to keep Lake Michigan safe from the fish, officials in Illinois dumped more than 20,000 gallons of a toxic chemical called rotenone into a stretch of the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal near Lockport, Ill. Rotenone kills fish by disrupting their ability to metabolize oxygen. Officials said they had no choice but to act.

"We are all very concerned about the threat Asian carp pose to the Great Lakes," said Stacey Solano, spokeswoman for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.

Like I said, this is a fine example of our tax dollars at work (NOT!). Let's kill all the other fish and poison the drinking water to eliminate the Asian carp. I have not seen ANY evidence to support the allegations being made by these government agencies that the Asian carp will kill off all other fish in the Great Lakes. As I have continually said, merely saying something does not make it true. Even if the Asian carp were to make it to the Great Lakes, there is no way it would be able to destroy all the lakes' fish as is being alleged!

This seems to be just another eugenics ploy to poison the water supply of millions of people with rotenone! I would be much more concerned about the poison in the water that has killed thousands of fish instead of worrying about the Asian carp. I feel bad for anyone in the Illinois area who must now drink this poisoned water!

Scientists Genetically Modify Microbes to Make Biofuels Through Direct Solar Liquid Energy Process

If you thought regular genetically modified organisms such as tomatoes and corn were bad, wait until we start seeing genetically modified bugs producing ethanol or biodiesel fuels. A company now claims that it can modify microbes, so that these microbes will produce biofuels as a by-product.

Joule Biotechnologies is in the business of making this kind of energy. In one of its labs, solar converters are being tested.

The converters are tabletop-sized rectangular, plastic frames; each with dozens of clear, skinny tubes running their length. Each tubes bubbles with a greenish liquid.

The bubbles are carbon dioxide; the greenish color comes from a tiny, genetically modified organism. Plants or bacteria, maybe.

"So, we use the tools of synthetic biology in order to start with a base organism, but actually by modifying pathways, create new organisms that we have engineered to directly secrete fuels and chemicals," explains Joule CEO, Bill Sims.

Former Zulu Queen and Current White House Social Secretary Desirée Rogers Will Not Testify in Salahi Presidential Security Breach!

Desirée Rogers, the woman likely responsible for this major security breach in the photograph above, will not be required to testify. What in the name of George W. Bush and Donald Rumsfeld is going on in this White House? I would never expect an Obama administration to use the executive privilege excuse to cover its posterior. Wait, of course, I expected it!

Citing separation of powers concerns, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says Desirée Rogers, the White House social secretary, will not give testimony on the Crashergate scandal before a House committee tomorrow.

"Based on separation of powers," Gibbs said, "staff here do not go to testify in front of Congress."

I also did not know that Ms. Rogers was a former New Orleans Zulu Queen (whatever that is). Not that it matters, but it is quite an interesting tidbit that adds a certain spice to this story.

What the statement didn't mention is that Rogers, 49, is a native New Orleanian who twice was queen of the Zulu Social Aid and Pleasure Club, a krewe dating back to 1916. She was queen of Zulu in 1988, and in 2000 reprised the reign in honor of her father, who died about two and a half months earlier.

Here's a video of Gibbs getting pissy with a female reporter who asks him questions about Ms. Rogers.

Virtual Tour of a Chemtrail Plane? (Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign - ISDAC)

They say you should try to learn something new every day. Today's lesson (at least for me) is the Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Program Campaign. I am still trying to figure out exactly what it does, but you can take a virtual tour of a Convair 580, whose doppleganger could easily be a chemtrail plane! Click this link for the virtual tour.

Image - aerial view of probe on the Convair

Using instrumented aircraft, the ISDAC field campaign obtained aerosol and cloud property measurements from the sky above the ARM Climate Research Facility site in Barrow, Alaska.

An intensive cloud and aerosol observing system obtained airborne measurements during the Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign (ISDAC) at the ACRF North Slope of Alaska locale in April 2008. Taking place during the International Polar Year, many ancillary observing systems collected data to allow synergistic interpretation of ISDAC data. This period also provides an important contrast with the October 2004 Mixed-Phase Arctic Cloud Experiment (M-PACE). Cloud property measurements obtained during ISDAC can be used to evaluate cloud simulations and evaluate cloud retrievals from M-PACE, and the aerosol measurements can be used to evaluate the aerosol retrievals. By running the cloud models with and without solar absorption by the aerosols, scientists can determine the semi-direct effect of aerosols on clouds.

Related aircraft studies by the National Aeronautics and Aerospace Administration and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration occurred at the same time in the same study area. Research flights by the Convair-580 were coordinated with three NASA and one NOAA aircraft when possible, as well as with satellite overpasses.

Climate Gate: Caught Green-Handed! (Cold Facts about the Hot Topic of Global Temperature Change)(by Lord Monckton)

From Science and Public Policy Institute (download the above document HERE):

The whistleblower deep in the basement of one of the ugly, modern tower-blocks of the dismal, windswept University of East Anglia could scarcely have timed it better.

In less than three weeks, the world’s governing class – its classe politique – would meet in Copenhagen, Denmark, to discuss a treaty to inflict an unelected and tyrannical global government on us, with vast and unprecedented powers to control all once-free world markets and to tax and regulate the world’s wealthier nations for its own enrichment: in short, to bring freedom, democracy, and prosperity to an instant end worldwide, at the stroke of a pen, on the pretext of addressing what is now known to be the non-problem of manmade “global warming”.

European Medicines Agency Advises of Risk of Fever in Young Children Following Vaccination with Pandemrix

European Medicines Agency
London, 4 December 2009

Doc. Ref. EMEA/784404/2009

PRESS RELEASE

European Medicines Agency advises of risk of fever in young children following vaccination with Pandemrix

The European Medicines Agency is warning that young children may experience fever after their second dose of the pandemic influenza vaccine Pandemrix. Prescribers and parents should monitor the temperature of the vaccinated child and, if necessary, take measures to lower the fever (e.g. giving an antipyretic such as paracetamol). However, the Agency noted that the second dose increases the immune response against pandemic influenza.

The Agency has recommended that this information be included in the prescribing information, and be taken into consideration when deciding whether to give a second dose to children.

This follows the review of new data submitted by the manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline from an ongoing clinical trial in children aged from 6 months to three years. These data showed a higher proportion of children developing fever (temperature above 38°C, when measured under the armpit) after the second dose of Pandemrix, compared with after the first. The data also showed that there was more soreness at the site of injection and more general symptoms such as drowsiness, irritability and loss of appetite after the second dose.

The study also showed that a single dose of vaccine triggered a good immune response in young children, but that the second dose further increased the immune response.

The Agency will continue to evaluate all information that becomes available and make further recommendations as necessary.

Russian Blogger Ivan Peregorodiev Arrested for Pneumonic Plague Rumors

If it can happen in Russia, it can happen here in the United States especially considering that Remixx World! has covered this alleged on-going Ukrainian pneumonic plague outbreak. It turns out that a 22-year old blogger named Ivan Peregorodiev has been arrested for disseminating false information and terrorism charges. There is either free speech or there is not. It is one thing to yell fire in a crowded movie theater (note: this type of speech is regulated), but it is another to arrest someone for discussing rumors on the Internet (or Internets if you are former President George W. Bush).

I have not yet read what Mr. Peregorodiev wrote, so perhaps his blogs rise to level of yelling fire in a crowded theater. However, it seems very unlikely to me that this would be the case and this appears to be a case of using criminal laws to stifle free speech. You can read the rest of this story at Global Voices Advocacy.

Ivan Peregorodiev, a 22-year-old medical student and blogger, has been arrested on December 3 for spreading rumors about pneumonic plague in the city of Saratov. Authorities accused him of disseminating false information related to an act of terrorism.

On December 2, the Russian bloggers actively discussed allegations that a large population of Saratov had been infected with H1N1 virus. The rumors said that authorities concealed many fatalities caused by the swine flu and the whole city was about to be closed for quarantine [RUS]. Later, people started talking about alleged cases of pneumonic plague blaming them on a local “anti-plague” research institute. The situation became so serious that Saratov Governor Pavel Ipatov [ENG] interrupted his visit to Belarus and returned to the city to deal with public outcry.

Four (4) People Die in China After Taking H1N1 "Swine Flu" Vaccine

There are so many reports of vaccine side effects that I am losing track of the total numbers. China is reporting four (4) deaths after people received the H1N1 "swine flu" vaccine, but it denies that the vaccine was the cause. The vaccine is known as PANFLU.1 in China.

The Chinese ministry of health has reported four deaths that came to persons who had been inoculated with A/H1N1 flu vaccine made in the country. The confirmation of these deaths comes after 26 million people were vaccinated within weeks of formulating the vaccines in record time after the swine flu outbreak.

Canadian Troops and Rail Cars Headed for California!

Check out the video above where it shows equipment from CFB Petawawa is currently being loaded for shipment by rail to Fort Irwin, California for a big exercise in preparation for Task Force 1-10's deployment to Afghanistan next year. Fort Irwin has the only game in town for large level desert style military exercises. Canada does not have any such environments.

The only large-level exercise being conducted for this deployment is the exercise at Fort Irwin.

According to the military, the dessert (sp) environment around at Fort Irwin is similar to Afghanistan.

The exercise is expected to last about seven weeks during the months of January and February 2010. Currently it is scheduled for Jan. 4 to Feb. 20. The troops will then return to Petawawa in late February for leave and other additional training prior to the deployment to Afghanistan.

$750,000 FEMA City Emergency Communications and Surveillance Center to Open in Elk Grove, California (Homeland Security?)

Elk Grove, California received Congressional funding as a part of the 2009-2010 Homeland Security Appropriations Bill for a $750,000 FEMA emergency center that has all the bells and whistles. There are cameras set up on all the major streets, so everything can be monitored. Its stated purpose is for emergencies, but why is this particular city getting a FEMA control center when there are so many other needs in this country?

The center would be a communications hub used by various agencies to coordinate the response to a large-scale disaster...

The operations center will be housed in Elk Grove’s City Council Chambers, and will only be used when the emergency procedures are authorized by the city manager, Elk Grove city spokesperson Angela Frost said.

The $750,000 will pay for renovations to the chambers like an emergency generator, electrical and data ports, fiber optic cables and conduit, Frost said.

The funding will also provide for video cameras that would provide views of traffic at major intersections and roadways leading into and out of the city to relieve traffic congestion as well as “locations determined to be ‘sensitive’ for the purposes of Homeland Security,” according to a January Elk Grove staff report spelling out the city’s request for the funding.

Elk Grove Police Capt. Bob Risedorph said the cameras won’t necessarily be on city government properties.

“At this time I cannot tell you how many or where they would be other than they are intended to be critical traffic routes throughout the city and critical infrastructure or significant locations in the city,” Risedorph said in an e-mail. “The numbers and locations are yet to be determined.”

Al Gore Campaign Contributor Occidental Petroleum Reportedly Caused Hepatitis B Infection That Threatens to Wipe Out Amazon Tribe

This is a good story to quote as a counter the next time someone spouts off about how Al Gore loves the environment and is a green warrior. It is being reported that hepatitis B threatens to destroy an Amazon tribe pushing it closer and closer to extinction.

The Candoshi people in Peru's northern Amazon jungle are close to extinction from a hepatitis B infection that has gone unchecked since 2000, tribal leaders and health officials say.

The locals believe that Occidental Petroleum is responsible for the disease.

Gianina Lucana, a Candoshi nurse working for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), said 80 people have died from hepatitis B since 2000 in her region.

She said the disease broke out in the 1990s, when Occidental Petroleum Corporation was granted exploration rights in her jungle region.

Why is this story relevant to Al Gore? Well, Al Gore made some of his fortune off of various transactions with Occidental Petroleum. From The Buying of the President 2000:

For example, in the Democratic Party, Vice President Al Gore has had a longtime relationship with Occidental Petroleum that has been enormously beneficial to the company. Occidental’s late chairman, the controversial Armand Hammer, liked to say that he had Gore’s father, Sen. Albert Gore Sr., “in my back pocket.” When the elder Gore left the Senate in 1970, Hammer hired him for $500,000 a year. Personally and professionally, the vice president has profited from Occidental largesse. To this day, he still draws $20,000 a year from a land deal in Tennessee brokered between his father and Hammer, which cumulatively has amounted to more than $300,000. The personal relationship between young Gore and Hammer was very close throughout the 1980s, including trips on Hammer’s private jet and constant campaign contributions.

FLASHBACK: U.S. Marines Leaving Afghan Opium Poppy Crops Alone!

Marines leaving opium crop alone

By Jason Straziuso - The Associated Press
Posted : Thursday May 8, 2008 10:33:25 EDT

GARMSER, Afghanistan — The Marines of Bravo Company’s 1st Platoon sleep beside a grove of poppies. Troops in the 2nd Platoon playfully swat at the heavy opium bulbs while walking through the fields. Afghan laborers scraping the plant’s gooey resin smile and wave.

Last week, the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit moved into southern Helmand province, the world’s largest opium poppy-growing region, and now find themselves surrounded by green fields of the illegal plants that produce the main ingredient of heroin.

The Taliban, whose fighters are exchanging daily fire with the Marines in Garmser, derives up to $100 million a year from the poppy harvest by taxing farmers and charging safe passage fees — money that will buy weapons for use against U.S., NATO and Afghan troops.

Yet the Marines are not destroying the plants. In fact, they are reassuring villagers the poppies won’t be touched. American commanders say the Marines would only alienate people and drive them to take up arms if they eliminated the impoverished Afghans’ only source of income.

Many Marines in the field are scratching their heads over the situation.

“It’s kind of weird. We’re coming over here to fight the Taliban. We see this. We know it’s bad. But at the same time we know it’s the only way locals can make money,” said 1st Lt. Adam Lynch, 27, of Barnstable, Mass.

The Marines’ battalion commander, Lt. Col. Anthony Henderson, said in an interview Tuesday that the poppy crop “will come and go” and that his troops can’t focus on it when Taliban fighters around Garmser are “terrorizing the people.”

“I think by focusing on the Taliban, the poppies will go away,” said Henderson, a 41-year-old from Washington, D.C. He said once the militant fighters are forced out, the Afghan government can move in and offer alternatives.

An expert on Afghanistan’s drug trade, Barnett Rubin, complained that the Marines are being put in such a situation by a “one-dimensional” military policy that fails to integrate political and economic considerations into long-range planning.

“All we hear is, not enough troops, send more troops,” said Rubin, a professor at New York University. “Then you send in troops with no capacity for assistance, no capacity for development, no capacity for aid, no capacity for governance.”

Most of the 33,000 U.S. troops in Afghanistan operate in the east, where the poppy problem is not as great. But the 2,400-strong 24th MEU, have taken the field in this southern growing region during harvest season.

In the poppy fields 100 feet from the 2nd Platoon’s headquarters, three Afghan brothers scraped opium resin over the weekend. The youngest, 23-year-old Sardar, said his family would earn little money from the harvest.

“We receive money from the shopkeepers, then they will sell it,” said Sardar, who was afraid to give his last name. “We don’t have enough money to buy flour for our families. The smugglers make the money,” added Sardar, who worked alongside his 11-year-old son just 20 yards from a Marine guard post, its guns pointed across the field.

Afghanistan supplies some 93 percent of the world’s opium used to make heroin, and the Taliban militants earn up to $100 million from the drug trade, the United Nations estimates. The export value of this harvest was $4 billion — more than a third of the country’s combined gross domestic product.

Though they aren’t eradicating poppies, the Marines presence could still have a positive effect. Henderson said the drug supply lines have been disrupted at a crucial point in the harvest. And Marine commanders are debating staying in Garmser longer than originally planned.

Second Lt. Mark Greenlief, 24, a Monmouth, Ill., native who commands the 2nd Platoon, said he originally wanted to make a helicopter landing zone in Sardar’s field. “But as you can see that would ruin their poppy field, and we didn’t want to ruin their livelihood.”

Sardar “basically said, ‘This is my livelihood, I have to do what I can to protect that,”’ said Greenlief. “I told him we’re not here to eradicate.”

The Taliban told Garmser residents that the Marines were moving in to eradicate, hoping to encourage the villagers to rise up against the Americans, said 2nd Lt. Brandon Barrett, 25, of Marion, Ind., commander of the 1st Platoon.

In the next field over from Sardar’s, Khan Mohammad, an Afghan born in Helmand province who lives in Pakistan and came to work the fields, said he makes only $2 a day. He said the work is dangerous now that Taliban militants are shooting at the U.S. positions.

“We’re stuck in the middle,” he said. “If we go over there those guys will fire at us. If we come here, we’re in danger, too, but we have to work,” said the 54-year-old Mohammad, who supports a family of 10.

An even older laborer, his back bent by years of work, came over and told the small gathering of Afghans, Marines and journalists that the laborers had to get back to work “or the boss will get mad at us.”

Staff Sgt. Jeremy Stover, whose platoon is sleeping beside a poppy crop planted in the interior courtyard of a mud-walled compound, said the Marines’ mission is to get rid of the “bad guys,” and “the locals aren’t the bad guys.”

“Poppy fields in Afghanistan are the cornfields of Ohio,” said Stover, 28, of Marion, Ohio. “When we got here they were asking us if it’s OK to harvest poppy and we said, ‘Yeah, just don’t use an AK-47.”’

FLASHBACK: Taliban Shut Down Most Afghan Poppy (Opium) Production in 2001!

You must note that this story is from February 16, 2001 in the Eugene-Register Guardian. Prior to 9/11, the United Nations reported that the Taliban had essentially wiped out the Afghan poppy crops.

U.N. drug control officers said the Taliban religious militia has nearly wiped out opium production in Afghanistan -- once the world's largest producer -- since banning poppy cultivation last summer.

A 12-member team from the U.N. Drug Control Program spent two weeks searching most of the nation's largest opium-producing areas and found so few poppies that they do not expect any opium to come out of Afghanistan this year.

"We are not just guessing. We have seen the proof in the fields," said Bernard Frahi, regional director for the U.N. program in Afghanistan and Pakistan. He laid out photographs of vast tracts of land cultivated with wheat alongside pictures of the same fields taken a year earlier -- a sea of blood-red poppies.

A mere seven (7) months later, 9/11 occurred and the United States was at war with the Taliban over its harboring of Osama bin Laden placing thousands of our troops on the ground. Despite the Taliban's offer to turn over bin Laden if the United States provided proof, the offer was refused.

Five years later in September, 2006, there were approximately 20,000 U.S. troops on the ground in Afghanistan, and yet the opium harvest was at a record level!

Afghanistan’s opium harvest this year has reached the highest levels ever recorded, showing an increase of almost 50 percent from last year, the executive director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Antonio Maria Costa, said Saturday in Kabul.

He described the figures as “alarming” and “very bad news” for the Afghan government and international donors who have poured millions of dollars into programs to reduce the poppy crop since 2001.

1,300 Adverse Drug Reactions and Side Effects from Pandemrix H1N1 "Swine Flu" Vaccine in Sweden

Almost 3.4 million adult doses of Pandemrix have been delivered to Sweden as of November 17. According to data from the Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control (SMI), by November 15 approximately 1.9 million individuals in Sweden have been vaccinated. In total, the Medical Products Agency has received close to 1,000 adverse event reports from Health Care Professionals and about 1,300 reports from consumers. The reporting pattern is generally consistent with what has been seen from previous clinical trials, with the exception of allergic reactions.

Since the vaccination campaign began, the Medical Products Agency has continuously published summaries of adverse events reported with Pandemrix. The summaries focus on reports relating to unknown and suspected serious side effects while the known adverse events are reported only briefly. In addition, this summary specifically addresses allergic reactions, neurological reactions, reactions in children and in pregnant women.

It is important to stress the following:

  • The reports describe reactions that have occurred in close connection to when the vaccine was given.
  • The reaction can thus be caused by the vaccine, but can also be signs of illness the patient suffered from regardless of the vaccination.
  • Causality assessment can only be made after the report has been carefully assessed

Health Care reports

Almost 1000 reports have been received from Health Care Professionals. The majority of the adverse events reported are expected and known reactions such as injection site reactions and flu-like symptoms. Cases of nausea, abdominal pain, swollen lymph glands, palpitations, chest pain, rashes, insomnia, nightmares, eye irritation, and shingles have also been reported.

Comments on certain types of reactions:

Allergic reactions

In total, 296 reports of allergic reactions have been received from health care providers. These reactions have occurred in 246 patients shortly after vaccination with Pandemrix. In cases deemed serious, the patients needed treatment with antihistamines, adrenaline and cortisone and in some cases also supervision in emergency room/hospital. In all cases, the hypersensitivity reactions resolved completely within a short time.

Three cases of anaphylactic shock have been reported. In one case the patient had a known egg allergy; in the second case the patient was allergic to several foods, including nuts, but not to eggs; the third patient had no previous history of allergy reported.

Of the 246 patients reporting allergic reactions, 14 patients had egg allergy while 32 patients reported allergy to other substances such as pollen, grass, drugs, nuts, peanuts, fruit, fish or fur, etc.

Allergic reactions not previously seen in the clinical trials are now being reported as adverse reactions to Pandemrix. Similar allergic reactions have also been reported in other countries in Europe using Pandemrix.

Many of these reactions may be part of an allergic reaction. 88 of the events represent dizziness and fainting, while 66 describe paresthesia, or “tingling” or “pins and needles” sensations, occurring in one or several extremities or in the region of the lips, tongue or other parts of the face. Some reports indicate sensation of metallic taste. Most of these events occurred at the time of vaccination.

In 22 reports, “numbness”, “loss of sensation”, or “burning sensation” are described. Locations of such symptoms were noted in arms, with extension to hand and fingers; legs and feet; face; and occasionally the entire side of body. In a smaller number of patients, these symptoms were accompanied with motor weakness. These events have occurred from 45 minutes to 5 days after vaccination.

In addition, there have been seven cases of visual disturbances, such as "blurred vision" and “floaters”, which occurred 1-2 days after vaccination. Most of these cases were associated with fever, chills and headache and the vision changes were short-lived.

Facial palsy or similar symptoms have been reported in 7 patients aged 4-43 years. The number of reported cases is below what would normally be expected in a population the size of the now vaccinated.

Three cases of stroke are reported, one of them fatal. None of these cases is considered to have a casual association with the vaccination.

Reactions in children

As of November 15, at least 26 000 children younger than 3 years, and at least 430 000 children aged 3 years up to 13 years, have been vaccinated in Sweden. This estimate is based on data from the Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control (SMI). Since November 12, the recommendation in Sweden has been to vaccinate all children between 6 months and 3 years (i.e. also including children that do not belong to any risk group).

Through November 20, twenty eight reports with serious reactions have been received from health care professionals. Two of these cases occurred in children under 3 years, 10 cases in children aged 3-9 years and 16 cases between 10-17 years. Adverse events assessed as non-serious were reported for 7 children less than 3 years, 42 cases in children aged 3-9 years and 45 cases of children between 10-17 years.

The two serious cases reported in children less than 3 years were:

  • A girl who the day after vaccination was vomiting up to 20 times/day and was hospitalised. The girl is fully recovered.
  • A boy with insulin treated diabetes who two days after the vaccination was unresponsive and his blood sugar level was low. The boy is fully recovered.

The table below shows the reported serious adverse reactions in children divided in three age groups.

In 4 women spontaneous abortions have occurred in temporal association with vaccination. In yet another woman, intrauterine foetal death (gestational age week 24) occurred two days after vaccination. In none of these cases a casual association between the vaccination and the event could be established.

Deaths reported

As of November 20, a total of 12 deaths have been reported, of which 4 are new reports since the previous summary published November 12.

Summary of ADR reports in Sweden with Pandemrix (received up to November 10) (2009-11-12)

Three of the four new cases involve elderly patients (79, 92 and 94 years) with concomitant chronic disease. The time between vaccination and death has varied between 2-13 days. In one case the autopsy report shows a previous major myocardial infarction and acute heart failure. For the second case autopsy is requested and additional information awaited. Autopsy has not been performed in the third case. From what has emerged so far, there is nothing to confirm a causal association between the vaccination and the deaths in these three cases.

The fourth new fatal case concerns a 67-year-old man who underwent a heart transplant 19 years ago and 13 days after vaccination had a transplant rejection reaction. It is possible that the rejection was influenced by the vaccination, since the rapporteur suspects incomplete treatment of the patient's underlying disease. This case is being further investigated.

Experience from consumer reporting

Since the vaccination campaign with Pandemrix began in Sweden on October 12, about 1300 consumer reports of suspected adverse reactions have been received by the Medical Products Agency. A large majority of the reported adverse events are judged to be non-serious. Since the previous summary published November 12, eighteen consumer reports with serious reactions have been received. Of these reports 5 concern allergic/anaphylactic reactions and six concern influenza like illness.

Among the other serious reactions are reports of abdominal pain, pneumonia and shingles. The reported non-serious reactions are mainly flu-like symptoms (including isolated headache or diarrhea), injection site reactions, and various forms of allergic symptoms.

No deaths are reported by consumers during this period. Reactions in children and pregnant women relate primarily to previously known or anticipated adverse events with this vaccine.

FLASHBACK: President Obama Says He Will Bankrupt the Coal Industry?

Check out the pie graph and below and see how much of our energy is generated from the coal industry. If we make a drastic shift to the alternative energies that are more expensive than the coal power, then it will affect many people who cannot afford ANY additional costs in their living expenses.

In 2007 according to the graph, the United States only received 2.5% of its energy from renewable energies. America country cannot afford to limit its traditional energy methods drastically unless suitable replacements are discovered and implemented, because how will our economy and industry survive? America must exploit its resources, because the alternative energies are just not sufficient at this particular technological stage to power 50-70% of America's total power needs like coal, natural gas and nuclear do currently.
