Buy Farms, Land & Gold Says "Dr. Doom" Marc Faber in Tokyo

Dr. Doom. ™ and © Marvel Characters, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

I don't know who this Marc Faber is, but I certainly like his moniker "Dr. Doom." Victor Von Doom a/k/a Dr. Doom was always my favorite comic book villain. I don't know if I should be listening to Dr. Doom, but I certainly agree that people should be trying to buy farmland and gold. However, I don't know if I should be saying that, because it will only increase the demand for farms and I don't have one yet.

The world’s most powerful investors have been advised to buy farmland, stock up on gold and prepare for a “dirty war” by Marc Faber, the notoriously bearish market pundit, who predicted the 1987 stock market crash...

“The next war will be a dirty war,” he told fund managers: "What are you going to do when your mobile phone gets shut down or the internet stops working or the city water supplies get poisoned?”

Haiti Has Huge Resources of Gold and Iridium Says Former Dominican Petroleum Refinery President Leopoldo Espaillat Nanita

The below article is translated from www.espacinsular.org (click here for the original) where the former President of Dominican Petroleum Refinery says that Haiti has vast untapped resources (including iridium) and that these resources can be used to pay Haitian foreign debt. Bill Clinton has also been snooping around Haiti the last few months and has a $50 million George Soros funded facility that he wants to build. Clinton has even said that Haiti needs new infrastructure. Obviously, this all occurred before the devastating 7.0 earthquake that hit Haiti this week. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see if the Haitian people are required to sign over their mineral rights in exchange for all this humanitarian aid that is being "freely" given.

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, November 17, 2009 .- The former president of the Dominican Petroleum Refinery (REFIDOMSA), Leopoldo Espaillat Nanita, considered one of the solutions of the Haitian State to pay its foreign debt and solve socio-economic issues that overwhelms Haitians found in deposits of gold and other minerals that owns the territory of the neighboring country.

Espaillat Nanita revealed that according to geological studies and research conducted on Haitian soil, indicating that the nation shares with the Dominican Republic gold deposit, untapped world's largest and a little known and rare mineral that is vital for building of spacecraft and other appliances extraterrestrial iridium. These two resources are sufficient to alleviate the "poor" reality of those born in Haiti.

The architect also claimed that these resources are poorly understood because of a multinational conspiracy that aims to extract their natural wealth Haitians, especially those derived from minerals that abound in the neighboring state.

REFIDOMSA's former president said that this group of firms and individuals in State are dedicated to fostering poverty in Haiti, suggesting that the Dominican Republic serves as a crutch to the centuries-old misery and marginality living the vast majority of our neighbors.

In this regard supported the pronouncements of the newly appointed Prime Minister of Haiti, Jean-Max Bellerive, on the search for new alternatives that will facilitate job creation and attracting foreign investors to the smallest of the two who share the island of Hispaniola instead of charges only to the Dominican nation.

Espaillat admitted that in Haiti there is a national class, comprising politicians and intellectuals-mainly belonging to Bellerive, concerned that Haiti's problems are resolved in its territory and not elsewhere, such as its neighbor island.

Former energy official made these statements in an interview conducted on the radio program traces Leaving that airs Monday through Friday Dominican FM station, in schedule 4 to 6 pm.

Why Are Fleets of Armored Trucks Full of Gold Bars and Coins Leaving Manhattan, New York?

I will keep an eye on this story that trucks are speeding out of Manhattan filled to the brim with gold, because it seems relevant to the story that the U.S. Mint is suspending sales of its bullion coins. It will likely fuel the price of gold which is already at record price levels. The story also seems like it could potentially be related to an article I wrote many months ago where I discussed the rumor that Germany had demanded the return of its gold being held by the United States of America.

Fleets of armored trucks piled with gold bars and coins have been streaming out of midtown Manhattan in one unexpected consequence of the gold craze.

Amid gold's rise -- it has gained 32% this year and reached a record on Monday -- investors have been loading up on bullion and coins. One big problem now is where to store it. The solution from HSBC, owner of one of the biggest vaults in the U.S.: somewhere else.

HSBC has told retail clients to remove their small holdings from its fortress beneath its tower on New York City's Fifth Avenue. The bank has decided retail customers aren't profitable enough and is demanding those clients remove their gold to make room for more lucrative institutional customers.

Germany Demands Its Physical Gold Back from the United States of America, But It May Already Be Gone?!

It is being reported by the Golden Jackass that Germany has demanded an immediate return of all its physical gold currently "held" by the United States. The problem is the U.S. might not have the gold to pay the Germans, because it has allegedly transferred the gold to third parties without permission.

Also, the United Arab Emirates wants its gold back from London, but London faces the same problem as the U.S. It doesn't have the gold. Time for Geithner to find a leprechaun or Queen E. to pawn some of her jewelry, because Germany and the U.A.E. have put out contracts for hire to get restitution. If true, then this will rival and surpass even the best Hollywood cloak & dagger flick.

The Germans have demanded that gold bullion held in US custodial accounts be returned to their owners, with physical gold shipped back to Germany. The Dubai bankers have demanded that gold bullion held in London custodial accounts be returned to their owners, with physical gold shipped back to the United Arab Emirates. They are following the hired German counsel. In all likelihood, neither US nor London sources are in possession of all the gold held in those custodial accounts, since at least some of it probably was improperly leased. By that is meant without owner permission or knowledge. So an uproar could come soon with charges of gold bullion theft, or at least failure of fiduciary responsibility. Theft is a simpler description.
