Australia's Senate Defeats Carbon Trading Bill on the Eve of Copenhagen

The climate change carbon cap and trade tax scam appears to be falling apart right before our eyes. Climate Gate has exposed some of the fraudulent practices practiced by the climate research centers to promote erroneous global warming information. And now, Australia's Senate has defeated its version of the carbon cap and trade bill, and says that it will not pass the law until the United States passes similar legislation.

The Senate, where the government of the prime minister, Kevin Rudd, does not hold a majority, rejected 41-33 his administration's proposal for Australia to become one of the first countries to install a so-called cap-and-trade system to slash the amount of heat-trapping pollution that industries pump into the air.
