Britain is offering its teenage girls £45 (approximately $71 USD) shopping vouchers to get the HPV vaccine. The vaccine contains adjuvants in certain regions and have caused numerous side effects. Hence, a bribe is needed.

Girls aged 16 to 18 are being given £45 of vouchers if they complete an inoculation course against the HPV virus, the sexually transmitted infection that causes 70 per cent of cervical tumours.
