U.S., China, India and South Africa Reportedly Reach Meaningful Agreement at Copenhagen Climate Change Summit

Of course they were going to pass an agreement and now it is reportedly been agreed upon by the various Nation-States. The globalists will not accept failure and they will have their global government despite all the talk about everyone walking out on the summit. They were merely playing possum.
