Why Are So Many Senior Executives Resigning from Top Corporations and Businesses?

I want to give a big phat Remixx World! thank you to Dprogram.net for compiling this list of senior corporate executives who have resigned over the last couple of weeks. Like seals leaving a dock before an earthquake, rats abandoning ships or the low-lying animals heading for the hills before tsunami, do these corporate bosses know something we don't know? Are they cashing out their monies and benefits now while they can?

It simply does not make sense to resign from good-paying jobs in a recession unless these people are privy to information that I do not know.
