Queen Elizabeth II Declares Bank Holiday in United Kingdom on June 5, 2012 to Celebrate Her Diamond Jubilee

The Queen may or may not have Sith abilities.

I am quite sure that everyone will enjoy the extra day off. Therefore, mark your calendars for June 5, 2012, because that is the day the Queen will celebrate sixty (60) years on the throne and to celebrate the date, she is giving everyone an extra bank holiday. I wonder if the United States of America will honor Britain's Queen and give us an extra bank holiday. Considering the number of banks that have closed in America over the last year, we might be headed for a bank holiday too, except our bank holiday will not be celebratory.

Workers are to be given an extra bank holiday in 2012 to celebrate the Queen's diamond jubilee, it was confirmed today . Tuesday 5 June has been picked as the additional day off marking the monarch's 60 years on the throne, Lord Mandelson, the business secretary, told the House of Lords.
