Santa Monica City Councilman Wants to Legalize Beekeeping
Councilman Kevin McKeown hopes to win support for a study to amend or repeal the old ordinance that prohibits beekeeping.
McKeown and Santa Monica bee expert Daniel Salisbury says the city should halt its policy of exterminating feral bees.
