Why in the world would anyone with a sane mind EVER promote the detonation of a major weapon as a means to unite a country? A statement like that is stupid and perhaps even criminal or "terroristic!" I guess Mr. Michael F. Scheuer wants a major weapon to be detonated somewhere in the country. Otherwise, there is no chance for this country. Ridiculous!
Imagine if he's talking about your city, your family, your hometown, your favorite beach, your favorite lake, your favorite hunting spot, et cetera.
