I do not see any other details in this story, but hopefully, this Utah story is only some sort of accident and not another "terrorist attack" on an IRS building. The local reports are saying that two (2) people were removed on stretchers.

Hazardous material crews were called to an Internal Revenue Service building at 1973 Rulon White Boulevard this morning.
Security guards did not allow entrance to the building and declined to answer questions.
